Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Everyone was extremely friendly, especially our server, Amy. It’s nice that the notes on our profile from our home Eddy V’s was visible to the Paramus staff. Food was excellent and ambiance is very nice. Wonderful evening with my honey.

Very good food and service interesting preparations, and twists!!! Been there once before and loved it and found it equally good last night would definitely come back.

It was my husband’s first time there and my second and we wanted to celebrate our anniversary there. It did not disappoint. I am currently 7 months pregnant and how comfortable the seats are to how delicious the food is to how exceptional the service and our waiter was simply AMAZING. Thank you so much for a beautiful time.

We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at Eddie V's, and it was a perfect night from start to finish! Our server, Alexis, was amazing and so attentive to every detail. Upon being seated, she had a beautifully set table including long stem red roses waiting for us. We both enjoyed the most delicious bone-in rib-eyes, along with the Monterrey corn and truffle mac and cheese as our sides (definitely needed take home containers!). For dessert, we absolutely loved the berries & cream, and the bananas foster. Thank you, Alexis, for making our evening so special!

Everything there was fantastic -from the service to the food. Luis made sure everything was perfect for us-and it was. I definitely would recommend this restaurant.
