   We had such a lovely experience at Eddie V’s last night! We were seated promptly on their pretty back patio. Tables were spaced perfectly. Beautiful ambiance! Martinis were excellent! Our server, Eric, was delightful, funny and charming. He really grout our whole experience up to a whole new level! My friend had the sea bass and my husband and I shared a wedge salad, Parmesan crusted sole and a small tenderloin. All was delicious! Asparagus and Brussel sprouts were awesome as well! Eddie V’s is not inexpensive but you DEFINITELY get what you pay for! It was relax and we definitely were not rushed at all! Love it!

   Busy night. Couldn't get our outside seating request. Apparently someone got engaged and no one was leaving. After 30 minutes we were seated in a small room used for private parties. Very nice. They ran out of their 12 ounce Filet Mignon. Never seen that before. Substituted another cut which was fine.

    IMO Eddie V's is the Best restaurant in the area. Rolo is the best waiter and bartender, giving excellent service. The rest of the staff are all top notch. We know our evening will be wonderful from start to finish when we go there.

    We had a great anniversary dinner here. Our waiter, Matt provided service with a smile and was so personable. Food was amazing. Shrimp cocktail, Caesar Salad, Lobster Bisque and Filet/Lobster with a side of the AuGratin Potatoes.

    We have an absolutely wonderful time and can't wait to go back. The band started at 6pm and they were fabulous and made the evening. Food was delicious, the service and attentiveness was excellent. We felt so comfortable here. We can't wait to go back.

    This restaurant so accommodating for a short service request for anniversary dinner. Everything, from the minute we walked in was far more than we had hoped. Great table, service and food. I will recommend to any that ask, above and beyond!

    I made our reservations about a week in advance requesting a high top table in the front facing El Paseo. I was told that the table was given away. So I saw a regular table next to where we wanted to sit and were denied that as well. We were taken back by where the 3 piece band plays. I asked the hostess what time the band would start bc my father is hard of hearing. Sitting next to the music is not an ideal location. The band starting playing 30 minutes early. So we tried to move our dinner along but our waiter just got slower and slower. We were celebrating a birthday and had to ask twice if they were going to bring the dessert. Then we waited 20 minutes to get our check and then another to sign the receipt. Luckily, our food was delicious. The hit was the crab fried rice! Our steaks were tasty as well. I felt like the hostess had a superior attitude. Matt our waiter has a great personality but he was slow getting our dessert and check. Don’t you want to turn our table? I didn’t see a lot of support staff clearing off tables. Matt just stacked the dishes and utensils on top of one another like Denny’s😟 At one point a glass broke at the next table. Someone can to clean it up but left glass under our table and the next. We really like your restaurant but feel like no one cares about our requests or values as a client. We were at the restaurant two weeks prior with a party of 6. We had another lovely meal but when the waiter was again stacking the plates, he dropped a fork on our friends back.

    Eddie V's was amazing. The service was impeccable; our waiter Matt went beyond the call of duty, offering great suggestions around the menu and really taking care of us. The restaurant is beautiful - we had a table in a back room which really afforded us the ability to talk. Otherwise, there was definitely a "buzz" in the regular dining room. The food was also delicious - we had a range of seafood and steaks and all were cooked perfectly. Matt encouraged us to try the crab fried rice. Don't hesitate and order it. It was delicious.

    This Restaurant is one of the best in the Palm Springs area the food is fantastic, service is excellent but not overwhelming. Wine selections are outstanding. I highly recommend Eddy V's it exceptional especially for a special occasion. You won't regret this very special experience.

    Table was so tiny we had to remove plates, bread, and serving dishes. Table was next to front door that a cold wind got your back every time it opened. To be fair, one of our favorite place took a nose dive this one time. Never again in the bar!

    Imagine our surprise when the complimentary seafood tower offered up by the manager, Gloria R., was added to our bill! Ultimately taken off the bill. But the experience left a bad taste. Too bad because the food and service were both quite good and the place was jumping. No need to pull these types of shenanigans!

    This was our 47th anniversary. Eddie V’s food was terrific. The servers were attentive and Manny the manager was nice enough to stop by and wish us well. We’re regulars here so came here because we knew we could rely on a great experience and they didn’t disappoint. They helped make it a special night

    Food was delicious. Crab cake was so yummy with large pieces of crab. Shared a 12oz bacon wrapped filet was more than enough food. Brussels sprouts are on another level…. So good! Would highly recommend for a nice steak dinner.

    Started with a poor table and we asked to be moved I was sick all night…. Had the crab cake … aioli was warm ! Not chilled Crab cake had a bit of a smell that I ignored… was it sitting out???? Service was slow…waited 15 minutes for a drink order First time being so disappointed

    The dining was great. AJ was our waiter and he went out of his way to serve us and even brought us an extra dessert. The incident was from another couple at a table adjacent to mine. My guest was talking to me and I think the guests at a table next to mine thought she was talking too loud (I didn't think so) and moved to another table -- but by the evening's end EVERYONE in the restaurant was talking "loud". Other than that service and food was great. I will return.

    We went here on our vacation and really enjoyed the food. We all got steak and everyone’s steak was excellent — filet Mignon, NY Strip and Ribeye! The lobster bisque was very good and the sides were large enough to share and we enjoyed all of them — cheddar potatoes, fried rice with crab and Brussels sprouts. The specialty drinks were also very good. It was a little cold and windy when we first sat outside but they turned on heat lamps for us and once the wind died down it was nice being outside. Service was also very good. We really enjoyed our evening and the food was delicious.

    There is so much one could say.. first off if Eddy V’s makes a mistake they will go above and beyond to take care of it and take care of you. Their service is above and beyond, the food although expensive is worth every penny and is done to perfection. It can get fairly noisy later on so go earlier if you want a more quiet environment. Otherwise this is hands down our favorite place in the desert and will always be a first choice for seafood and steak.

    Celebrating friendships. Started out ordered if cocktails that too a really really long time to arrive. Jordan our server solicited and brought out a complimentary appetizer. Time between that and main course was also long and started with 3 hot entries. It took several other more Minutes to receiving the cold shrimp cocktail dish. It was busy but service was lacking.

    Everything was perfect except for the noise. It was incredibly loud. It was just too loud in there, and we had trouble hearing each other across the table and we were in a booth. But the food was delicious and the service was excellent.
