Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier.     Courtney was excellent. Friendly, personable, and professional. The food was terrific. The drinks were perfect. The overall service was A+. The food was prepared well and tasty. The wine list is great. Nashville is fun but it's nice to find a quieter more professional place. Bring your wallet. The prices are high, the value is low, but Courtney and her team were exceptional.

    Our server Ryan went above and beyond to make sure our meal was just as we ordered it. He was knowledgeable and helpful in making suggestions about our meal and prime pairings. I highly recommend Eddie V’s. This was our second visit and both times the service, food and atmosphere was fantastic.

    Excellent service. Twin lobster tails were fantastic, fresh, and prepared perfectly. Parmesan Sole was tender and delicious. Best wine list in Nashville.

    Crab frief rice, seared tuna and crab cake was unbelievable. Service was ok but could be better. It was a happy surprise to hear love music

    As far as my husband and I are concerned, you DO NOT get better than Eddie V's! Everything from the ambiance to the service to the food are top notch. We have so many favorites there that it is always such a tough decision what we are going to order each time that we go. It is pricey but the quality of their dishes can't even be compared to other restaurants with the same ranking. Do yourself a favor and try their crab cake, ahi tuna appetizer along with either the bone in ribeye or the Chilean sea bass. For sides you absolutely have to try the crab rice. It is phenomenal. We always end the meal with their banana foster butter cake. The best!
