   Our anniversary experience Saturday evening was very special. We arrived to rose petals on our table, a welcoming card and Champaign. The service was impeccable and our professional server was attentive throughout the evening. She’s a fabulous asset and guided us through the menu with knowledge and skill. A must dining experience for all visitors to Nashville. Locals take this place seriously on your next outing.

   Server (Blake) was awesome and should be the manager instead of the clown they had in charge. Took FOUR attempts to get my daughter’s steak cooked anywhere close to medium well. And it still wasn’t right.

    The South African lobster tail was meaty but lacked the sweetness a Maine lobster tail has. The Shrimp Cocktail was to die for! The parmisan (sp?) Crusted sole was so tender and moist and the filet was tender and flavorful! Andre was our waiter and he did a fantastic job! It is VERY PRICEY... we spent almost $500 including tip- HOWEVER, it was worth it! Loved the live music, too!!

    Great service not rushed but not too slow either. The seafood tower was amazing. My husband had the filet and said it was also great. Our waitress was top notch!

    The food was AMAZING!! Service was outstanding!! Drinks were fantastic!! Only complaint was the noise. We were seated in the bar area for an anniversary dinner and the screams and yells from the bar patrons along with the music volume from the band made it very hard to talk and enjoy the atmosphere.     One of the largest Eddie V’s I’ve been to but it’s beautiful. Has an upper level with a great view. Service was outstanding. The cook accommodated my husband’s vegan diet although nothing is on the menu. Food was great and the banana fosters was amazing as always!

    We have dined at Eddie V’s several times in the summer and fall of’22 with raving reviews. However, our experience last evening was pure disappointment at best. The jumbo lump crab cake was just very wet and we tried to squeeze some lemon to improve the “taste,” only to no avail. We had the lobster bisque. I could not eat it. My husband ate it and said that’ll be the last time he’ll ever have lobster bisque again. Entrée came and at least that was fantastic! The medallion filet mignon rare was cooked to perfection! My husband’s bone in aged rib eye was cooked to perfection! I had the stuffed shrimp and that was ok, The stuffing, I was not too crazy about. Now the service itself was rather poor. We had 9:00 reservations and finally went upstairs at 9:20-25?? We didn’t get appetisers until after 10. Then on and on. It was a very busy night. I’ve no idea if they were short staffed or what have you. However, our waiter, Andre was absolutely superb! He went above and beyond. Before I forget, my favourite cocktail is the 24K. It is continuously perfect!!! Overall, we were really disappointed with the food besides the entrée. We don’t know if we’ll be going back again. Maybe to the bar just for the cocktail drink!!

    Food & service was phenomenal. Started with shrimp cocktail & crab cakes. Shrimp was big & fresh. Crab Cakes were best I’ve ever had. It was main crab meat. Lamb chops were some of the best I’ve ever had. Added the shrimp with crab & scallops as enhancements. Both were very good. Had the truffle lid Mac & cheese. The best Mac & cheese I’ve ever had.
