   Service was great! Entrees took ~40 minutes to come out. Mediterranean Branzino was a bit austere and would have benefited from a bit of starchy root veggie, beans or polenta for those of us trying to balance a keto lifestyle with taste (perhaps my fault as I ordered starch free asparagus (which was tough) and spinach sides)

   I have been to a lot of nice restaurants, and this experience was hands down one of the best I’ve had! The service was incredibly thoughtful and well-executed, the food was amazing, and the ambience was elegant and peaceful. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

   Business dinner with a client and wife whom I've known for years and it's been a while since we could get together in person. I ordered the salmon and they ordered the filet and the crab topped filet medallions. Food was expertly prepared. The service was excellent and we didn't feel rushed. The chocolate cake dessert is not to be missed. Very enjoyable evening.

    We all went there for ahi tuna. All 7 people in my reservation we had for 2 months… ended up having no ahi tuna at 6pm!!!

    What a great restaurant - seriously. The service is outstanding and the food even better. Plus, the entire place is comfortable and spotless. Got to meet the managers and what a positive feeling that is that they care to be out talking to each customer. We come at least once a month and will be back soon

    We celebrated a high school graduation and a deferred Mother's Day celebration. The attention to detail with the card and table arrangement for the graduate were a surprise, but much appreciated. Katie, our waitress, was exceptional, taking care of our needs. My wife took a bite of the excellent steak tartar and found it piecier than her palate could stand. Katie got her a small glass of milk and some salt to neutralize the spicey experience. The food was excellent as usual. Although we live in Arizona and were in town for the graduation, we will make it a point to get a reservation whenever we return. The food and service made the evening exceptional.

    Best Mother’s Day meal ever. Usually restaurants are so busy the service suffers on M’s day but not at Eddie Vs! Daniel was fantastic, knowledgeable, funny/charming! It was a great experience with my family of 4.

    This is one of my favorite places in Denver but tonight was different. Ordered martinis and they had 3 stuffed olive and they still weren’t even close to full. If you took the martinis out, they were about 3 sips. Steak was over cooked. I’d say 9 times out of 10 this place is wonderful and I’ve left lots of good reviews but tonight was disappointing for a Mother’s Day celebration and cost. I’ll still go back and still recommend but meh tonight. Three drinks in a row, not one. Waitress was wonderful and so was all of the rest of the staff. Perhaps a bad night (oddly) but still recommend. It’s moms deserve three FULL martinis (steak was still good).

    Restaurant was very busy for a Tuesday. We were a party of 8 but they put us in a back room so we could easily talk even with other diners in the room. Service and food were excellent. The only issue was the amount of time we had to hold onto our menus. Appetizers were eaten before meal order was placed so they were clearly in the way. Even with the menu issue I would highly recommend this restaurant

    Stephen was our server and he made our experience AMAZING! We celebrated my husbands birthday and we will definitely be back. The crab fried rice is something that I dream about. I had the blue fin tuna and it was perfectly prepared. I look forward to returning for happy hour.

    Our server was great. We asked to be seated in a quiet part of the restaurant and we were. The ambience was lovely. The drinks were very good! Mojitos, old fashion, whiskey sour, and a strawberry mojito. My steak (a filet) was tender, delicious and cooked just right. My friend got the fish special and the fish was yummy. Unfortunately both of the husbands got the bone in ribeyes and they were below average cuts of meat in their opinions. The fat of course is expected and what makes a ribeye delicious, but there was a lot of gristle which you don’t expect at this level of restaurant. All in all we would go back, we would just skip the ribeye next time.

    Table was not available when we arrived and we had to wait 15+ minutes for one yet there was an empty table just sitting there but they wouldn’t seat us there. They did offer an appetizer on the house but we just wantedMusic in bar was too loud to allow for any intelligible conversation between two people.

    Fabulous restaurant. The service is impeccable. The food is fantastic. The manager and all staff members are very friendly. I have not had a bad meal at Eddie V‘s. I cannot recommend anything because everything is delicious.
