    Another great night! Eddie V's did a wonderful job making our anniversary dinner spectacular. The seafood tower was spectacular and included lobster, crab, shrimp and oysters - everything tasted fresh and delicious. The beet and burrata salad has a surprise citrus - they hide a fresh orange at the bottom which was wonderful. I had the surf and turf and it was cooked perfectly to my liking and the lobster tail was bigger than I expected. My wife had the Branzino and it was served with crispy skin and a nice bed of fresh greens at the top. She said it was delicious. We had the brussels and scalloped potatoes as our two sides, served family style and with huge portions. We shared a nice anniversary surprise dessert and a second banana's foster. While not traditional looking, the banana bread covered in the caramelized banana and ice cream was a perfect way to end the evening. As good as the food was, the real shining star was our server Kelsee. She was gracious, attentive (without being overbearing or intrusive) and humored our stories and conversation. She smiled easily, laughed at my dumb jokes, and make excellent recommendations. Kelsee is a pro on all levels, and because good service is very important to me, she definitely deserves all five stars - I would give her 10 if I could. Eddie V's did a great job of making our anniversary evening special and I'm grateful for an evening that was filled with great food, great service and a super happy wife. Thank you so much for the fantastic evening. I highly recommend.

    Business mean with VIPs. Excellent service and we were very well received and they gave us privacy. Food was consistent and perfectly delivered as described. Champagne, wine and vodka were perfectly served. Thank you Stephanie! Taylor always helps us with our special requests. Give her a couple of days and coordination and she will do her professional best to accommodate your party. GM came over to say hello and Dominic dropped by to say hello. Thanks to Mario as well. Great staff. Just wow!

    Jeremy was the best server we have had in a long time! We had a family gathering of 10 and everyone was made to feel very special. The food was amazing and the ambience perfect for our family celebration. Order the Branzino!

    We sat in bar area and it was very loud. Way too many people just standing around without a table. It was way too crowded. Our experience would have been much better if we were seated in the dining area instead of the bar area. The food and service was great.

    Completely different experience compared to our last visit, which was for a Birthday and it was over the top. This visit was for our anniversary, which was never acknowledged. Server was pushing us to leave from the onset and the table next to us was talking to the server about taking over our table. We selected the bar area so we could take our time in a more casual atmosphere. Disappointing.

    It was my wife’s birthday, and the staff at Eddie V’s made her feel incredibly special. From the immediate acknowledgment at the hostess stand, to the table already being decorated with birthday greetings and a signed birthday card, a rose, special dessert, and a visit from the manager to wish her a happy birthday—it was a wonderful dining experience.

    Celebrated anniversary and it was everything I expected and more . My husband and I had a great time. The food was the freshest. Staff was pretty slow on getaway just about everything I ordered included drinks and just refilling our water.

    Eddie V's is possibly the best restaurant in the Denver area right now. Granted we haven't tried them all but we do dine out a lot, and when it comes to fresh seafood and impeccable service, the only other place that comes to mind is Sushi Den. From the ambience to the service to the food, everything at Eddie V's clicked on all cylinders. Our server Stephanie was as professional, knowledgeable and personable as they come. She was always around when we needed her and yet we never felt overserved either. And don't get me started on the food! --Oysters: fresh as they come, served with a perfect mignonette. --Tableside Steak Tartare: expertly prepared at the table with a spot on flavor profile. --Tuna Tartare: absolutely fresh and delicious. Georges Bank Scallops: simply the best prepared scallops I've had in 10 years. --Chilean Sea Bass: my wife fell is love with this fish and preparation. Eddie V's was just about perfection from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. I have not experienced a finer restaurant in quite a long time, but this place left us speechless. I have one last word: go!
