    A Magical Sweet Sixteen for Megan at Eddie V’s – Thank You, Robyn Zaentilli! We recently celebrated our daughter Megan Gonzalez’s sixteenth birthday at Eddie V’s in Fort Lauderdale, and it was truly a night to remember. The atmosphere was elegant and inviting — the perfect setting for such a special occasion. The true highlight of the evening was our incredible server, Robyn Zaentilli. From the moment we were seated, Robyn treated Megan like a VIP, making her feel so special and celebrated. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care turned an already beautiful night into something extraordinary. She handled every detail flawlessly and made sure everything was perfect from beginning to end. The food was, in a word, phenomenal. We indulged in Wagyu steaks that were cooked to perfection — tender, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth good. The truffle mac & cheese was an absolute standout, rich and decadent with just the right amount of truffle essence. Every dish that came out of the kitchen was beautifully presented and delicious. To top it all off, the team surprised Megan with a special birthday dessert, adding a thoughtful and memorable touch to the evening. Thank you, Robyn, and the entire Eddie V’s team, for making Megan’s sweet sixteen celebration so magical. This wasn’t just a dinner — it was an experience our family will never forget.     One of the best experiences we have ever had. We were entertaining our clients and the experience could not have been any better. When we first walked in the wow factor kicks in. The atmosphere was amazing! The staff was incredible. The food and drinks were fantastic off the charts. Five stars doesn’t do justice for our experience.

    When Kip Hunter suggests a restaurant, you know you’re in for something memorable—and this steakhouse exceeded every expectation. We chose it for our anniversary dinner, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was top-tier. Our server, Julienne, welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and clearly passionate about the food and drink he was serving. His recommendations felt curated just for us, and they did not disappoint. Two of the highlights were the tableside preparations that added both flavor and flair to our evening. The smoked Old Fashioned, made right in front of us, was a showstopper—rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. And the table-side steak tartare was equally impressive: finely chopped, expertly seasoned, and tailored to our preferences with a perfect yolk to finish. Our main courses were phenomenal. The steaks were cooked to perfection, deeply flavorful, and complemented by sides like truffle mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus that were every bit as thoughtful and delicious. Thanks to Kip’s stellar recommendation and Julienne’s exceptional service, our anniversary dinner was one we’ll always remember. This isn’t just a steakhouse—it’s an experience. We’ll definitely be back

    Our dining experience was fabulous and totally enhanced by an exceptional server Julian. He was an outstanding waiter and has a knowledgeable & friendly personality. Our dinner selections were all super delicious and very high quality. We had a sea bass at our table and 2 parmensan encrusted sole entrees. Julian suggested butter sauce on the side as he overheard us discussing calorie counts. We were impressed with that suggestion and many more helpful hints to add to a memorable sensational dining evening. Bravo Eddie V's and you've got a top notch 👏 star server: Julian !!

    Always consistent. Staff is excellent here, this visit was no exception. We had a drink and snack at the bar and the bar staff was super on point. Then we sat and our waitress was excellent.
