   Everything was great, from start to finish. Went to celebrate my Girl's Birthday and they had a Birthday Card at the Table and the Waiter came out and called her by name...that was definitely a plus. The service was great, big Thank You to Brandon...the food was great, we had the Lobster Tacos and Crab Cake followed by the Rib Eye, Mac & Cheese, Au Gratin Potatoes, and Brussel Sprouts, and the dessert they brought out was scrumptiou...and the drinks were also great, we both had a Mango Mule. Also, the Managers kept coming around checking to make sure everything was ok. And to top it off She loves live music so when the Live Band started playing it became the Best Birthday Ever...lol. Thanks Eddie V's...see You again soon!!!

   Excellent from the start: valet, hostesses, and bartenders! Dirty martini, Old Fashions just the way we like it...and the food was wonderful! Shrimp cocktail, lobster tacos, Branzino, and crab cake were delicious. We sat at the bar and we had a great time! Thanks, we will be back!

   We went to celebrate my birthday and I couldn't be happier with our choice. When we arrived there was a birthday card with wishes and thanks for choosing Eddie V's, along with tasteful table decoration. We enjoyed the seafood tower, caesar salad and wine. Plenty of food for a dinner for 2. Our server Carolina couldn't be nicer, as she let us taste wine options we requested and was very attentive throughout the dinner. lThe manager visited our table to welcome us and wish me a happy birthday as well. Live music was enjoyable, not too loud and contributed to the ambiance of the restaurant. Can't wait to return!!

   First time here. Food was excellent. Had oysters, tuna tartare, ahi tuna and filet and lobster. Also had crab fried rice. Fried rice was the star of the show. Will definitely be back

   Hostess need training. We asked to be sat inside and they told us no. We looked online and there were reservations available for inside. We are sat outside at a tiny two top, we asked for a larger table we were told no even though there were other tables available outside. My ribeye was over cooked and flavorless. The waiter noticed and offered us free dessert, we weren’t looking for anything for free. Just wanted my steak cooked to the temperature I ordered. After we’re we’re finished eating there we’re still empty tables outside. The hostesses need to learn to be more accommodating and not act like gatekeepers. The hostess was also unpleasant. Our waiter was extremely nice and did a good job. Won’t come clack anytime soon.

    I’ve dined here several times before and had great experiences. If this had been my first visit, I wouldn’t come again. We were seated in this side room that lacked any design flair and the excitement of the bar and dining room. And the servers kind of forgot about us (out of sight, out of mind) the manager never even stopped by to say hi, which is a notable gesture I have appreciated in prior visits. The food itself was as good as always. But the service was sub-par. If they try and seat you in this room, ask for another table, or come back another night when they aren’t overbooked.

    Really great experience for our anniversary dinner at Eddie V's in Ft. Lauderdale. Special table decoration, complimentary sparkling wine and special dessert. Outstanding service from Daniel and the rest of the team. Smokey Old Fashioned, Crab cakes and Sole were highlights. Been married 31 years.     It was Mother’s Day and we expected to have a beautiful experience, but that was not the case. We were sat right by the kitchen door and people were going in and out every 3 seconds. The tables were very close together and we were basically touching the people next to us. We have been here many times and this is the first bad experience we have had. Might be because of the holiday but regardless. The server was nice but service was a bit slow. Food was good but I asked for drawn butter with my lobster and it came out cold twice, when drawn butter gets cold it becomes clumpy so that was a turn off. Disappointed with my holiday experience at Eddie’s.

    We love going to Eddie V's. We do not have an Eddie V's in our city, so we always try to visit while we are traveling. The service is always impeccable and the food is delicious. We always have a wonderful time!

    We normally highly enjoy our dining with Eddie V in Fort Lauderdale. Very disappointed this time, primarily around time. It took us 3.5 hours to eat dinner (normally 2). Everything seemed to be slow... service, food delivery, check. I don't know if it was the server or in general. Will chalk it up to an "off night" for us but if it happens again, EV might be slipping.
