Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. Thank you so much for an amazing evening! The food, the service and the ambiance all terrific! We celebrated my friends baby shower and it was really so special even the decorations on the table! The lobster roll was so good and the steak is always great! The bananas foster for dessert-Delicious! And our waiter was so incredible! Thanks so much! Will definitely be back soon!!

Eddie Vs is always excellent! The food, service, and ambiance are always consistently terrific, and during the meal, two of the managers stopped by to ensure everything was to our liking! We started with great drinks from the bar, and concluded with a special dessert! I'm looking forward to returning very soon! Helene

My favorite restaurant, hit it out of the park last night. Promptly seated by the hostess. My usual table ready with black napkins. Our usual server was on vacation, and the GM called in the afternoon to ask if we still want to come. Absolutely, he gave us a spectacular waiter, Marc ! Brough client's who were very impressed with everything. Drinks were perfect, he had checked before we arrived, to see if anyone had food allergies or anything to take note about. When I ordered my usual lamb chops, he replied "NO SALT"? It's the attention to detail that makes Eddie V's the perfect experience. No rush, great service, and always cooked to perfection detail everything !

First visit. 2 people. Went on a Tuesday evening 7pm reservation. Not busy. Live band. Loved the decor. Waitress was attentive at first but was always pleasant. Unfortunately for her she was given a larger table celebrating a birthday. Obviously this affected the service to us. A long wait between courses. The food portions were great and temperature was as requested. Me: lamp chops. Her: filet. Just took a long time to get served. Prices were not over the top and reasonable. Can’t give advice on the desert as it was way too late to order. The manager did comp drinks and appetizers. Keep in mind this was not during snowbird season and on a Tuesday night. I caution you if you go on a Thursday through Sunday night regardless of in season or out of season. You may experience the same or worse service. I don’t think we will return.

Always a great experience when we go to Eddie V’s, the food is exceptional but the service is spectacular. Our waiter went out of his way to talk to us. Make sure we were OK. Stop by several times to see if we needed anything. I recommend this restaurant highly and can’t wait to go back again
