Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. It was an absolutely fabulous experience. I tend to not order steak, but I did last night the 18 ounce bone in. It was incredibly flavorful and cooked perfect. The staff was so attentive and the birthday dessert wonderful. Expensive but definitely worth the price.

Outstanding service. The menu is very limited and I expected to see more local fish on the menu. How can you have a seafood restaurant in Florida and not have mahi or grouper on the menu?

CELEBRATED OUR 54TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY AT EDDIE V'S. FROM THE MINUTE YOU WALK IN, YOU GET GREETED WITH A SMILE. OUR FAVORITE TABLE, WIT H THE BEST SERVER, "ANGELA", AND THAT IS JUST THE BEGINNING. MARTINI' S, SALADS, LAMB CHOPS COOKED TO PERFECTION, NOT TO MENTION THE MASHED POTATOES ARE LIKE MOM USED TO MAKE. ALWAYS LEAVE ROOM FOR DESSERT ! OUR VERY FAVORITE GO TO IN PALM BEACH COUNTY ! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE !!!

We seated by a friendly hostess in the beautiful dining room after which our server Meaghan orchestrated a perfectly delightful evening of well timed and beautifully presented food and beverages. We enjoyed a margarita and a martini while perusing the menu. The Caesar salad was excellent and proceeded utterly divine Chilean, Seabass, and lamb chops. We’ve never had anything less than superior food and Service here.

Had anniversary dinner with my wife. Table was decorated a but for us which was nice touch. Our waiter was Avi. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Food was outstanding except for issue I found that almost every Eddie V recipe includes chives. That being said I don’t like chives at all. I’m told that chives is a standard ingredient for almost all their dishes. However on the menu some dishes are said to have chives while others don’t. Truth is almost every dish is covered in chives as ingredient or garnish. Chives have a strong taste you can’t get away from. But if you love them this is the place for you! I mentioned this to the manager who was wonderful about quickly bringing some chive free food for me. He even added to my guest profile no chives so in future the chef will know. That is amazing. That aside, the food is absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. Prices comparable to most other high end steakhouses. We recommend the Harrisa carrots. Unique dish that is a refreshing change from steakhouse standard creamed spinach. Banana Foster cake as a finish is worth the calories! We will be back again and again for the outstanding everything.

We were celebrating my best friends retirement and could not have had a better experience. The food was phenomenal and our server Sage was so attentive and really sweet. I would definitely recommend Eddie Vs and we will be back again. Ask for Sage and you will get excellent service.
