From start to finish everything was outstanding. They have the best service and hospitality of any restaurant I have ever been. Food and drinks are also amazing. Highly recommend Eddie V’s Boston, for anyone celebrating a birthday/special occasion, or just looking for fine dining. Scot and Olav are exceptional
Good food great service!
The entire staff was friendly and professional. Our food was well prepared and presented. We will be back.
All of my experiences at Eddie V's have always been phenomenal - whether at the Boston location or the Burlington location. The quality of the service and the quality of the food at this restaurant chain is truly exceptional. The manager at this one location personally came and checked in on us multiple times during our meal and made sure we felt welcome. He did an excellent job accommodating any and all requests that we had for the evening. I would definitely go out of my way to dine at Eddie Vs - no matter the situation.
Kind staff and friendly waiter. My friends raved about the food and the portions were well worth the price. The ambiance was exactly what I was looking for in a birthday dinner: calm and intimate. I enjoyed the satisfying birthday dessert at the end as well. Would definitely come back!
Service was a total disappointment. Food didn’t come at the same time. Orders were wrong
Great night. Octopus was excellent and the sea bass might be the best I ever had. Service was exceptional. Going back real soon.
Everything was outstanding! Food, service, ambiance! Highly recommend!
Amazing Food, place and service. We went to celebrate my birthday and everything was excellent. The food either the seafood and the filet were awesome.
Went for a girls night out, our server was amazing. The manager was amazing. The food was good minus a mishap with the kitchen and having to send something back and my guest just gave up with eating in general. The mashed potatoes were awful! It tasted like it came from a box. The drinks were AWESOME and the ambiance was really good. I will go show but I know what not to order when I go back.
Exceptional cocktails! Terrific service. The food could've been much better though. The stuffed shrimps tasted stale and we're clearly overcooked.
Daughters Birthday! The restaurant was bare. The music was nice and mellow. My daughters and granddaughter enjoyed the food yet I found my steak and Mac n cheese salty. The bill plus tip came to almost $500 for 4 people. I will probably not be returning unless one of my other kids would like a million dollar meal 🤪
The waitress was polite and helpful, but I expected the food and service to WOW me for the price I paid.
Came for my boyfriends birthday! It was his first time there and we enjoyed every minute of it. Loved the food & drinks !
We got our first drinks 40 minutes after being seated. Our food came literally 1 hour and 27 minutes later, yes we timed it. Then when we got our food all the steaks were cooked wrong, they all were sent back. The food was ok.
Will not be attending again.
First time here but the food was nothing to brag about. What really threw me off was when we ordered crab fried rice. It had eggs in it. I find it extremely weird to find eggs in my crab fried rice at Eddie V’s. It’s a high end restaurant. It didn’t sit right with me. I don’t know if I’ll ever return. Maybe if the menu changes.
Food was outstanding. Service by Brian was superior! Will definitely be back!
Thomas our waiter was outstanding! Made for a wonderful evening.
Food was not what we expected my meat was undercooked
Everything was great, truffle Mac was a little undercooked but the steak and drinks were wonderful
Our waiter Brien was awesome.. he made up for whatever bad experience we had. One of the managers was serving food with his mask down.
Loved the food and the our server was great. It was quiet, I don't remember hearing any background music.
We love this restaurant. The service and the attention of their staff is always of the highest level.
Wonderful experience that reminded me of the before-fore times (before COVID).
There were a few issues with the meal but the excellent service more than made up for it.
I have dined at Eddie V's for past 2 years now. Friendly Staff, awesome Food, Wine and excellent service.
Great menu for dine out Boston. We were able to get a $$$ menu for under $50 each for a 3 course dinner.
Lobster Bisque was served luke warm - towards the cold side. Everything else was good. Our server was very attentive and professional.
The steak cut like butter so moist & juicy. The crab fried rice was delicious too. We had banana foster & it was absolutely delicious. We added lobster tacos but that was probably too much food.
Great ambiance and exceptional service. The lobster bisque and the banana dessert was delicious. I ordered the filet mignon medium rare and it was cooked just right. The entree would of been up another level had it had a side of greens or a puree. Its those details that makes a difference with fine dining.
First time at Eddie V’s and let’s just say I doubt I will be returning. Server was delayed in every course. Drinks took forever and the first course came out at the same time as the second course. We needed to ask for a steak knife for the entree and no check back on how the food was. We needed to flag someone down for refills on drinks and water. The fastest item that came to the table was the check. Then a different server offered to help to finally run the card for the check. Horrible experience.
From the moment we were greeted by the “girls” at the front desk until we stepped back on the elevator expectations were not met...they were EXCEEDED!! Seriously. I’m not a rabid reviewer but I felt compelled to write this. My wife and I had Thomas for our waiter and we left as friends. Super guy and obvious that Adam the manager knows how to run a high end restaurant. All about service and knowing how to take care of their clients. Class act. Awesome experience. And worth every penny. We’ll be back. And sooner than later. COVID or not.
The service and food was impeccable. We met one of the managers Alev who was so courteous to us and chit chatted a little before moving in his way. The appetizer, main course and dessert was amazing. That banana foster with the fire being lit on it was amazing and quite a supiese. My friend and I really enjoyed our time.
Food was great but the salmon I ordered was not cooked well and I got sick.
Presentation of the food wasn’t great. My desert tasted like gasoline was
on it. Portions very small.
My first time at the Boston location food was amazing from the bread to the main course... only thing was they were under staffed so it took a long time for waiter to take our order... but overall i enjoyed my meal..
They seem to have had an off nite. Way too much time waiting for food. For example, 30 min between ordering basic salads and receiving them, and only after pestering our server.
Food has been good in the past. But this was a series of misses.
Appetizer salads - supposed to come to apple cider vinaigrette - cam with Cesar dressing, and we were told they were out of then dressing listed on the menu (could they have mentioned when we placed the order?)
Entree - both our salmons - when we finally received them were lukewarm and appeared to have been sitting for a while. We did not send them back since we had no wish to wait any longer (this came approx 80 min into our dinner)
Dessert - we ordered fresh berries with cream (which we had previously). These arrived with no explanation with vanilla ice cream in place of the cream. Ws the kitchen too lazy to whip the cream? We could have complained but at that point had been there almost 2 hours (with a ten-year old) and just wanted to get out of there; so we did not attempt to send them back.
We have had good luck in the past; so this experience was atypical.
Great. The service excellent food excellent
Wonderful wonderful wonderful!!!!
First time diner. Great looking spot, wonderful food, rough service.
