Covert was extremely entertaining. He is very knowledgeable of the menu and has a great personality. The Ribeyes were done to perfection. The sides were ok. The cauliflower was undercooked and the garlic potatoes were luke warm. I wasn't blown away with satisfaction. Would probably go back but would like to experience other places before doing so.

Always have a great time and delicious food! Steffanie was just wonderful which made our dinner even better.

It was a quiet experience the night after Thanksgiving. Service staff was extremely attentive and the flow of the meal did not feel rushed. The whole evening was very enjoyable.

We started out with some cocktails. Then ordered the Tuna Poke, which was disappointing: very bland, tuna smelled a bit fishy, and the avocado was browning. We then moved on to entrees. A passing employee made some nice wine recommendations. Wagyu Ribeye was phenomenal! Melted in my mouth. Carrot cake for dessert. Nothing fancy. I would pass on it next time.

Our waiter, Jason, was excellent! He even took note of the birthday celebration and provided delicious crepe brûlée for the birthday man and woman. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the evening !

Top notch service with amazing food! Glad we got a chance to experience it. Definitely out of our price range for regular visits, but will consider it again for very special occasions.

My wife and I went with another couple to celebrate his new position and moving to another state. We thought Eddie Merlot would be perfect. Unfortunately 3 of us order King Crab and we all had the same conclusion it was spoiled, so we had to send it back. No manager ever came to apologize and we didn't know what was going to happen and they waitress came and said the chef is cooking new King Crag - and instead of sending 3 they sent 2 ?? My wife said she didn't want any more - which is true once you taste spoiled fishy crab legs you really don't want more. I would have preferred to order something different. So after paying $389 for bad food it will be our last trip there. To many great places - Devon, Catch 35, Hugos Frog bar, etc to pay that kind of money for spoiled food and even worse no apology - This is how you lose a customer

Huge bone on the steak with bone not enough to share for those prices. Not enough chef specials that we can all afford. A bit pricey for that area. I don’t think I would be back again.

The menu has changed since my last visit 2 years ago and those changes are welcomed by this meat eating, steak loving patron. Since my last visit they have since added bison (see the low calorie section of menu) and Wagyu steaks. The now larger selection of steaks had me in a pickle on what to decide so I asked the floor manager Tim for his recommendation. The 16 oz bone in filet, the bison filet, or the larger wagyu filet? Per his recommendation I got the wagyu and despite being $30 more than the other pricier options, a week later I still feel like it was the best steak yet to have in my life. And I've had David Burke's 75 day age when they were in business.
It sounds cliche to say "you could cut it with a spoon" but it was 100% true. Texture, quality and flavor were all on point!
Shout out to our server Kyle who was very acomodatimg. Thanks to Tim, Erik, Kim and other bar staff as well. Top notch service that one would expect from such an establshment on their 9 year anniversary.

I was there for an anniversary dinner with another couple. The other couple had never been there and they loved it. It was our second time and everything was so great! Thank you for a spectacular evening and experience. I will return and let others know they should do the same.

Absolutely best cedar plank salmon around. Ambience is perfect for a special occasion. They never disappoint. I always look forward to a great dinner there.

Everything was great. I love the relaxed feel of this place like a comfortable dining room in a friends home. I definitely would return to try more dishes. Service was well-timed and friendly.
