   We went for Mother's Day Brunch and it was not worth the price at all. They were running behind so even with us having a reservation we still had to wait 25 minutes to be seated. They said our server would be right over. We waited 15 minutes and she never came so we went up to the buffet. At this point most of the food items were out. They bacon and eggs were never refilled the entire time we were there. We also got changed for a coke when soft drinks were supposed to be included. We barely saw our waitress so we just paid full price and wanted to get out of there. We asked if they validated parking and they said not anymore which is fine but they asked about our experience and we were honest and they did not like that. We didn't ask for money off we were just being honest and they were extremely rude and sarcastic. The brunch was $75 per person and definitely not worth even half of that. Overall they were not prepared with the amount of people and ran out of all the food. We will never go back.

   Went here for Mother’s Day Brunch and was very disappointed. Usually love Eddie Merlot’s but they were behind on seating people so started with about a 20 min… well we finally get to sit down and there were no sides left in the buffet, seafood was gone, most the desserts were gone, the salads (except cesar) were gone, really the only things that were left were the carving station and the made to order omelets and banana foster. A giant disappointment. Would not recommend any kind of buffet with Eddie Merlot

   Really disappointing experience from a restaurant that has a good reputation and I thought was a higher end restaurant. The buffet food and options were low quality given the price. I really don’t feel like we got $75 worth of anything. The French toast was hard burnt toast that didn’t seem to ever be dipped in an egg batter. The waffles had to be prepackaged and not from a waffle iron and were so sweet I couldn’t eat them. We were often waiting for items on the buffet to be refilled. I hate wasting food but nothing I tried was actually good except the omelette station. It was also nice to receive a glass of champagne upon entry. Brunch needs a major revamp.

   Very disappointing buffet and extremely expensive for what we have , when we went to prepare us a plate everything was empty or cold !!! The waiter never told us the price of the buffet and our drinks came very late . Oyster disgusting, chicken super dry , dessert very poor . When I checked the menu before I never see the special buffet for Mother’s Day otherwise we never came to eat an expensive buffet

   Excellent! Really enjoyed the Mother’s Day brunch. Service and ambiance were the highlights.

   Very disappointing Mother’s day brunch. Never expected a place with this supposed high caliber to be this unprepared. We got seated late and were told the food wasn’t ready yet so we sat around like dopes. Well when it was ready it was mediocre at best. Nothing really stood out. Filet and prime rib were okay but no real seasoning. Breakfast items were largely what you would get at Eat N Park. TBH EnP breakfast buffet crushes this one. Oh yeah the mac and cheese was cold also. Amazing they couldn’t even have a legit spread of fresh fruit. Pretty easy standard brunch item. The brownie bar was just brownies and raspberries haha how hard is this one?. Very very poor quality given the price. This will prob be the last time I ever go here.

   The server was terrible. He was creepy and unprofessional. We told him we were ready to order twice and he walked away, it took 1/2 hour to have our water glasses filled, and gave us an appetizer the we did not order and then took it away and gave it to another table. We left the restaurant extremely disappointed and recommend that the server pick another profession.

    Service was very slow. Took 45 minutes for appetizers, then another 20 minutes for entrees. Might not have been as painful if we didn’t have to ask for bread. Dinner took so long (a little over 2 hours) we decided to cut our losses and skip desert. Also took about 20 minutes for each drink (wine) I ordered. They did not clear the table between courses and dishes and silverware were pushed aside to make room for food, unusual for fine dining….We have been going to Eddie Merlot’s for years. Though food was good, we will not be returning.
