This was our 4th Mother’s Day brunch reservation. The food and service was excellent once again! We look forward to next year!

We were there for a Mother's Day buffet. While the price was a bit high, the value was still rated 4/5 stars, because there was so much to choose from. Several fruits, meats, omelettes, and traditional breakfast food. Don't forget the seafood! This also included any non-alcoholic drinks. Milk/juice/coffee. Kids were less than half the price, so we were all happy. Service was excellent, as it always is. Maybe too late this year, but you can still go for a Sunday brunch!

Our reservation was at 645pm and we weren't seated until 715pm. We had to be somewhere to be by 9pm and made it with 10 minutes to spare. That was taking our desserts to go because it took forever to get our food, once we were seated.

We did enjoy the experience we had, and our server was great. The only thing was that we waited so long for our food. The waiter kept bringing us bread and filling our water glasses.
We were actually there for well over an hour before we got any food besides bread. And even then, our “sides” came out 1/2 hour before our entres arrived.

This was our first visit to Eddie Merlot's. We were celebrating our anniversary and wanted do something special. And it WAS! From the anniversary card and rose petals at our table to the complimentary dessert to the excellent service from our very personable server, Chelsea, we had an evening we wished were just starting over as we were leaving!

Best dining experience in Ft wayne. Service by Nikki was impeccable. All of the food items we had were delicious. We had the Bone In Wagyu NY Strip and it was the best steak I have ever had.

Absolutely fabulous brunch. They had it all day, which was great we dined for 2 hours. They had plenty of options even for our pickiest family members. The bottomless mimosas and bloody Mary’s were a hit (and totally worth the 12 bucks!) and the food was absolutely delicious. We contemplated hanging out long enough to eat dinner as well. Lol
We will be doing this for all of our family brunches

We just love dining at Eddie's! Atmosphere is always pleasant and comfortable. Food is always delicious but the BBQ shrimp is AMAZING!

I really enjoy the all you can eat king crab legs, they were seasoned just right, had a great time with my son and sisters. The waitress was very friendly and attentive to our table will return in the near future.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Eddie's last Saturday evening. The staff was wonderful from the door to the table. The food was simply amazing and the portions just perfect. I had the swordfish which was outstanding, kudos to the chef! We left completely satisfied with the entire evening.

We prefer sitting in the bar when it's available. Because there was no band playing that night we were able to carry on a conversation with our friends. Depending on where you sit, the music, which is always pleasant, can interfere. The bartender, Cher, recognized us and came over to our table and welcomed us, as did the manager. The servers were friendly and did their jobs well. The food was excellent. I love the salmon plank and have that along with the chopped salad every time I come.

I’ve dined at this restaurant several times, and based upon my most recent experience, I will be hesitant to return. We had a reservation for Friday evening, and when we arrived, we were greeted very casually. I was wearing a coat, which no one offered to check for me, and we were shown to our table. The restaurant was nearly empty, only four or five tables occupied, but we were sat directly beside someone else. So close that we actually heard every word of their conversation. When I made this Reservation, I specifically said it was for a date night, a thing that occurs several times a year for my husband and I. I really did not want to sit with someone else, especially when the restaurant was nearly empty. Moving forward, our waitress was so uncomfortably awkward. She seemed as though she needed much more training, she didn’t know the menu, and didn’t seem like she had ever carried a tray before. It just was not the service that we’ve had in previous visits. Not even close. Our food was good, it really was, but the service was poor. I’ve had better at far less expensive restaurants. When I spend $220 dining at an establishment, I want it to be a great experience. My husband’s martini was very watered-down, we ordered two separate glasses of wine and not offered a taste of either of them before the whole 6 ounces was poured into our glasses. Like I said previously this was not at all like our past visits. Going forward, I will be much more likely to book at Cork N’ Cleaver, Joseph Decuise or Ruth’s Chris. Their level or service is far superior.

All 3 of us were 1/2 way through our salads when the entrees came. Server wanted to take our yummy salads. We declined as we were enjoying our salads. Our entrees were taken away and put under heat lamps. And of course all the entrees were over cooked at this point. Waiter explained they have a new system to place orders to the kitchen. We will be back to try again.

Food was very good and the drinks were good as well. The wait staff were better than what they delivered to the table. That's not say anything was bad but the price I have better food elsewhere. The clientele was a pretty big mix. The 16oz. steak was cooked right at medium rare but the cut was not not the best. Inconsistent tenderness and flavor throughout the steak. The salmon was cooked medium plus and it was very good. Filet was flaky but not dry still moist and full of flavor. Shared a creme brulee space was very good but it was not excellent. Overall it was a good dining experience but not the best in Fort Wayne.

Ehhh. I expected more for the price. You pay $100+ per person and the expectation is perfection. I shouldn’t have to wait on drinks, wait on food, wait on service. I’ll probably look elsewhere for my next special occasion.

Crab legs were good but a lot of work to peel eat. Many restaurants slice through the edges of the legs to make the meat more accessible. Waitress was not to accessible

Our waiter, Cory, was just phenomenal. Perfect blend of presence and service. This was a birthday dinner for my sister who had never been there before and she was very impressed with the whole experience. Almost all our food was amazing but we did feel that the taste of Bourbon was too strong in the creamed corn and was unable to finish it. We did not mention it at the time as it was such a small hiccup in the whole evening.
