Eddie Merlot's Prime Aged Beef and Seafood starts with U.S.D.A. Prime Beef. Only 2% of all U.S. beef is awarded this superior certification. Eddie Merlot’s ages the beef naturally to an unparalleled standard of tenderness and flavor. The chef then personally selects each piece for the optimum proportion of marbling, and texture, before hand-cutting and seasoning the thick, tender, and juicy steaks to your specifications. To seal in the flavor, the steak is flash-sear on high-heat grills. Eddie Merlot’s has created one of the hottest concepts today; the wine bar provides more than 70 wines by the glass and a very extensive reserve wine collection by the bottle. The bar is stocked with all of the finest spirits and after dinner cordials and Cognacs. There are three private rooms/areas to choose from according to your needs. The Intimate Area, which can seat approximately 20 guests comfortably, the Merlot Room, which seats approximately 60 guests and the Cabernet Room, seating 40 guests. We had a booth in the corner which was very romantic and quite. The food was excellent having it prepared at the table. The service was excellent and not overbearing. The waitress came by to ensure we were doing fine and if we need anything. She did not come by too often to bother our conversation. The environment was great. Could not ask for more.

Our dinner took 2.5 hours ƒor 5 people which I thouGht was way too long for a family of 5. food was average. I asked for Salmon black and blue and I received it with Bleu Cheese dressing on it. Way too expensive for the portions

My wife and I visited for her birthday and had the best meal we have enjoyed in many years. There was nothing that was not 5 star from the wine to the dessert, everything was amazing. Eddie's is one of our favorite restaurants and we will be back I promise!

Did valentines day dinner. My wife got hers served with a long black hair on the plate. That was the end of that. They offered to make another but we declined. The scalloped potatoes were very good. The steak was fatty. The crab legs were freezer burned. Waitress was nice. Probably just a bad night.

We went on Valentine's Day so it was VERY busy, and it took a while to get our food, but it was worth the wait. The service was excellent and the décor was beautiful. The Sweet and Spicy Shrimp App was AMAZING!!!

I asked my Mother to be my Valentine. She was very pleased with the Restaurant. I was too. The food was delicious, the wait staff was excellent and the experience was like eating in a large city. With excellent bread and service. Very happy and would return!

Everything about our visit was great except for the location of our table. It's hard to describe, but it was in a long hall with tables on one side only. Normally this wouldn't be an issue but our table was opposite the bump-out for HVAC and the fire extinguisher. Wait staff had to be careful passing between those of us seated on the outside of the table and the bump-out. It didn't ruin our night in spite of the constant monitoring of traffic, but it would be my dead last choice for a table.

Want a fun time with excellent servers? Ask for either Josh ( only works Sunday nights these days ) or Oliver. These are the only wait staff we have had now for several years. They are the best.
