Awesome food and people serving.
Our server, Michael, was especially good.
The service was poor. Went for drinks and apps to celebrate my birthday & as soon as the server realized we weren’t there spending big bucks she was not friendly and acted annoyed. The potstickers sounded amazing but were bland. The oysters were great. Drinks were good and the charcuterie platter had old grapes. But, the most disappointing part of the night was definitely our server. Just because someone isn’t in there buying the 40 oz $90 Kobe beef doesn’t mean they won’t leave an excellent tip for excellent service.
Great place for a quiet and perfect meal, will be going back.
Absolutely amazing. Everything about this experience was beyond our expectations.
Eddie Merlot's closely follows Covid guidelines for dining.
The best sea bass ever.
Service was good. Food not so much. Over salted. Shrimp over cooked and cold. Andouille sausage over cooked, dry and cold. Steak was cooked perfectly but way over salted. My wife‘a steak was over salted and was supposed to have peppercorn sauce on it, not much. Way overpriced for what we got. A Del Fresco want to be but not close. Should have gone there.
Lamar was our server and he was absolutely outstanding. So attentive and friendly. He made the experience 100%. The food was absolutely incredible as well, so delicious! This is one of my favorite places to celebrate.
Great experience and food. Very consistent, professional and delicious steak, sides and apps.
Love this restaurant! It's elegant yet not overstated. The food is terrific, the servers are available when you need them and give you time when you don't. The atmosphere is also relaxing. It's my go to nice meal out!
Can always count on your best service, precautions and quality when we visit. Service and hospitality are always welcoming and enjoy the selections avaialble
As always the food and service was excellent I felt very safe in this time e of difference
Food was excellent as usual. Service was also good
We had an amazing Date Night from beginning to end. Johnson, our server, was attentive and personable. He paid extra attention to our needs and our dinner was wonderful.
We appreciate everything this location is doing to enforce Covid 19 restrictions, social distancing and keeping their clients safe and healthy. We are looking forward to our next dinner.
Love this place, so many high end steak houses to chose from in Denver, but Eddie Merlots definitely tops the list. Great service, ambiance and stellar food. Always a fantastic time! Thanks Eddie merlots
Crumbs on our seats, inattentive waitstaff and marginal food. At this price point make a reservation at Shanahans or 801 Chophouse.
Delicious food, nice atmosphere
Was disappointed with the all you can eat crap legs very salty.. Was not happy they got rid of one of the best things on the menu and that was the fried hash browns.. Service was slow.
They had their king crab special. It was wonderful. Food, service, everything!
Michael, our waiter was fabulous.
We went for their special king crab Friday’s In September. Crab legs were soft, soggy, and barely warm. Very disappointing. On the positive side, our service was excellent. Our $300 plus bill was a waste.
Everything was great. My favorite server wasn’t there but Sasha did a great job taking care of me
Great service and great food. A very good value. It was an enjoyable experience.
Comparing it to other top quality steakhouses in the area, I think its a little lacking. For the price I would expect more out of the food and service.
It was great!
Everything was perfect and fantastic. Eddie’s never disappoints and is always warm, welcoming, and comfortable! Our service was exceptional.
It was for our anniversary and we were taking advantage of crabby Friday special. My wife ordered a pound and a half crab I had all you can eat. The bad experience started with the butter they brought out which was mixed with oil then it proceeded to get worse as my servings of crab started to come out as not full legs but as scraps. I sent two plates back and told him I did not want any thing but full crab legs and they proceeded to try to bring out more pieces and parts of crab legs. It looked as if they’ve removed uneaten parts of the crab from other plates and then tried to serve it to me. It was not up to the standard I would expect from them.
Still same great food and great service. We have been dining at this restaurant since it opened and have never been disappointed. The food and the service are always spot on. We just wish the summer special key lime pie would be offered a little longer. It is outstanding.
Our server, Mitchell, was excellent. He made us feel welcome, knew the menu well, and made thoughtful recommendations based on our preferences. We had a lovely bottle of wine for $50 off (Wine Wednesdays?), and the manager, Terry personally welcomed us and made us feel special. We purchased the $25 loyalty card, and we would like to come back and try more of their offerings. The "Cowboy" aged ribeye was phenomenal! The Spring Valley Syrah (Walla Walla, WA) was lucious, and kept developing flavor as we enjoyed more. They topped off the evening with a complimentary decadent chocolate-chocolate cake and some bubbly, to celebrate my husband's birthday. Overall, we had a fabulous evening that left an impression. I highly recommend.
They have a wonderful outdoor patio and a great place to eat during this Covid crisis. Service was top notch as usual!
My favorite steakhouse in the US
Johnson was our server and was wonderful and knowledgeable. He would check back in with us, but not too much. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and he took pics of us. He made it very special. Thanks, Johnson
Very disappointed in the whole evening! We were there for the first time for my wife’s birthday and our 13 year anniversary. Crab legs were terrible and you had to tear them apart, oh and they forgot the butter and the utensils to crack them open. Doesn’t really matter as the only way you were getting in there was by tearing them because they were not any fresher than 1 year old frozen at best. Figured they would comp my coffee and $12 later a big negative! Spent $205 on 1 entree, 1 glass of wine, 1 soup, 1 Caesar salad, and 2 sides. Complete garbage!
We had an amazing time!! Our server Lamar was Excellent and Pleasant!!!
Loved Crabby Friday! Haven't had crab legs in a long time so this was a special treat... enjoyed the great side dishes and craft cocktails... and finished off with a delightful carrot cake for dessert...
This was the very best steak dinner we have ever had. The only thing missing was the quality of service to match the food. Our waiter could use some more training.
We were celebrating our 29th anniversary. The service was great and the food was amazing.
We're long time diners at Eddie Merlot's. Great service - manager Terry is wonderful. The food is great - love the prime burger, crabby night, and large chocolate cake!
