Eddie Merlot's is a favorite of ours. We go there often. It is family style restaurant. Many things are a la carte. The side dishes are for many pany people. Our favorite thing is the world tour menus that are periodically offered.

My wife and I went for our Anniversary. The hostess at the stand acknowledged this when we came in and so did our waitress when she came over to take our drink order. The dinner was excellent and so was the dessert. The Restaurant and staff were 100% on their game.

Never disappointed after a visit to Eddie Merlot’s! The service and food are always top notch. While a bit more expensive than many restaurants, it’s fun to splurge occasionally and this is the place to do it! My filet was perfectly done, my wife’s salmon was excellent as well. Then the carrot cake—good luck finishing that even if you share it!

The server was nice and management was on the floor. Everyone did their job. The food just wasn’t good. Wagu ribeye overcooked and underwhelming. Bourbon ribeye little flavor and poor cut. Wedge and caesar salad nothing special. For $360 for three people very disappointing. Will not return.

This was our first time dining at Eddie Merlot’s and it did not disappoint! Our server, Matthew, was amazing from start to finish! He was well-versed on the menu and the wine list and he took care to let us linger so we could enjoy our kid-free dinner. We celebrated my birthday and he surprised us with delicious crème brûlée! We will definitely be back and hope to be seated again in Matthew’s section.

We ate in the bar at one of the tables. We had Nick as our server and Greg as our bartender. Happy hour drinks and bar bites are always excellent. However, we started off with the oyster Rockefeller. It was the best I ever had and I have been around the world. The wife went with her favorite, the chef's favorite filet DeMar with the house salad. My wife said her filet was cooked perfectly and the shrimp and crab were outstanding. We order the blue cheese dressing and it was excellent. We asked where they buy it and was told it is made in-house. I had the seafood bouillabaisse. It was loaded with seafood and again, it was the best I have ever had. Nick was great and Greg is always pleasant. Go and make a reservation for the bar area and enjoy a fantastic evening.

Our family wanted a good burger and decided to try Eddie’s. It was seamless process to get a reservation for 4 within the hour. The burger’s that my family and I had was very juicy and seasoned to perfection. Only downside was the bun was small and it made it hard to eat.

We had another very good dinner. Since it was Valentine's Day, I expected slower service and less quality in the food since I knew it would be busy. But, I was very pleasantly surprised. The waitress was extremely cordial and delivered great service. We did not feel rushed at all and enjoyed the experience. In addition, the meals we selected were cooked perfectly (love that Ribeye!)

We have been to Eddie Merlot’s multiple times and have always enjoyed it. The past time was different. The service was very poor. Among the many issues with the service the largest issue was the server forgot to put in one member of our parties steak order, did not realize when our meals were brought to table, then said it was being finished up. When we received the steak 15 minutes later is was rare when the initial order was for well done. This showed the error was the server never placed the order. Of all this my issue the lack of apology. I did tell the server to take this off our bill, which they did.
