Celebrated our 40th Wedding Anniversary and had excellent service and our dinner choices were amazing. Look forward to dining again at Eddie Merlot’s
Wonderful as usual. Food was amzing, manager was really friendly and present. Server got a little snippy a few times and didn't understand why. Seemed like asking for more water made her mad, maybe because the under-waiters were there that night?

Although we reserved high-top seating in the bar area, our preference wasn’t available so we were seated in the main dining room. Our server was awesome! She was very knowledgeable, personable, and attentive to our needs. Our only complaint was that the steak we ordered was pretty bad. It had no seasoning whatsoever and wasn’t cooked to the correct temperature. Even after sending the steak back it still wasn’t corrected. I don’t think they even attempted to make the steak right because it looked and tasted exactly the same as before we sent it back.
Online menu shows 1 pound of split crab legs for $49.95. My crab leg charge was $74.95. When I asked the server she said “oh that’s an old menu online”. I asked for the manager, the manager was basically “FU this is your price that’s an old menu online”. I am so disgusted with how I was treated. I’ve been a customer for years and years and I will never go back!

We always enjoy going to Eddie's....you can always count on a great meal and great service. Our waiter, Kirk, not sure if that is how you spell it, was great! Very attentive to us.....we really enjoyed talking with him.

We went for the $10 burgers and they were fantastic! We also ordered drinks - berry martini and Kentucky mule that were so refreshing. Thank you Eddie Merlot’s for a special night out!
Great Food, Great Value, Great atmosphere, Great Service!
It's been awhile since we have dined here but were sort of disappointed with the price of the wine and alcoholic drinks. Food was fine but have had better oysters elsewhere. Our server, Taylor, was excellent and very friendly.
The staff is outstanding, especially our waitress. The food was very good, well prepared and served at the right temperature.
My one and only problem was with what the management used to isolate the booths due to the pandemic. The wood barrier made the booth so dark that it was very difficult to read the menu. It left a very small view of a lovely facility. Plastic see through dividers would have been much better.
This was our first visit to EM. Kirk was fantastic and made the entire meal great from start to finish. We would all highly recommend.

Went there expecting a great meal as usual and was completely disappointed. Ordered the GCRW three course meal and the steak (supposedly a NY strip) with shrimp scampi was terrible. The steak and shrimp both had no taste. The cut of beef was on par with a regular restaurant not a Steakhouse. The highlight of the meal was coffee and carrot cake slice for dessert.
Restaurant Week food at EM is excellent. King Crab & corn soup was outstanding.. The Caesar salad is best in city. Yellow Fin Tuna was cooked & served perfectly (little wasabi) complimented perfectly. Garlic mash potatoes were delicate and well matched with ribeye. Carrot cake & the triple chocolate cake left you wanting nothing.
Shrimp cocktail was served with the veins.

Oysters were bad and we sent them back and were still charged $48 for them. Lobster tail was undercooked and tasteless. Waiter was great.
Totally different experience than previously. Server was not wearing mask to cover her nose. She took our order, food was dropped off by the expediter and the server didn’t check on the order for 15 minutes after. My prime rib was tough and tasted burnt. My husbands filet, which he had ordered medium to medium well was oozing blood. Sides were barely warm and desserts (carrot and chocolate cakes) were grocery store quality. Very disappointing experience.
Eddie Merlots never disappoints. The food and service were excellent. Filet mignon was tender and flavorful.
My fiance and I went there for restaurant week and ordered one of the specials. We started with the crab and corn bisque and roasted salmon. My fiance then got the carrot cake and I the triple layer chocolate cake. Everything was delicious. We also had an order of the shrimp cocktailbfor an apetizer. The shrimp were huge and were also delicious. This was the first visit for both of us to Eddie Merlot's and we both consider it one of the finest in the area. We will certainly be repeat customers. Our waitress was excellent and the service was superb.

I have been to Eddie Merlot several times and each time my experience has been amazing. The service is awesome, the ambiance and food included. They do very well with maintaining social distance between the tables. Make sure you order the carrot cake!

Our service was a little slow. Waited until we had our appetizers before meal order was taken. Food was cooked as ordered and service otherwise excellent. Went during Restaurant Wee so price was better as well.
Everything was good. My salmon was a little under done buy they took it back & cooked it perfect l. I enjoyed it & I will be back.
We went for Restaurant Week, so the value was pretty good, but so was the food—just pretty good. Other restaurant week menus that we’ve sampled over the years have put the best effort possible into the food, as a way to get diners to return. We won’t be returning here.

Outstanding and knowledgeable service. Steaks (filet mignon) cooked to perfection. The complimentary extra dessert provided for my wife (birthday) was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated.

Eddie Merlot’s is our favorite restaurant. We go there to celebrate special occasions and also to relax with a cocktail and a light bite. It never matters, the food and service are always top notch.
For a higher end restaurant, I expected better ambiance as well as music suitable for dinner and not 70s pop music. The shrimp cocktail was excellent. I had the Filet Del Mar and asked for my steak to be medium well but if it was medium that would be okay. It came out rare so I had to send it back. My husband had the salmon and he said that was okay. Service and staff were excellent but we didn’t feel the food was comparable to the prices and won’t be back.

We were out of town for soccer and it was our 28th Anniversary, so I found Eddie Merlot's through OpenTable. This may have been the best meal ever! We would recommend the Krab and Corn Bisque, delicious.....
