   This was by far the worst experience my family could have had, ruined Mother’s Day. Had a racist encounter with the red head host and the first manager but after speaking with the second manager I think named Jim he was helpful. Until we got our food and we didn’t have any sides because they ran out of the sides we asked for but did not notify us. I will not return to the restaurant. Two of us left without eating anything.

   After signing in with the hostess we waited 15 minutes for seating. When I inquired about the wait she had forgotten about us! After being seated we waited for over an hour after ordering our entrees. The steak was so so and service was very slow. We have dined here several times prior but this will be our last time!

   Per usual, our experience was great! The food, service, & ambiance are always excellent. The comfortable seating & spacious layout allow for good space & conversation at your own table without being cramped & unable to hear your table mates. The dining room is a beautiful aesthetic that heightens the dining experience. Staff & servers are polite & engaging. We absolutely love it all!

    Enjoyable Mother’s Day buffet. Probably needed a sign labeling what food was in the the bar room. We thought it was just dessert and missed out on a salad/shrimp cocktail menu. Didn’t have an option to get anything but medium rare for the filet mignon at carving station.

    Lindsey was a wonderful server, food was delicious (ahi appetizer, filets, filet del mar, mac and cheese, flaming cognac brownie (a must!) tasted as good as the presentation (one easily fed four adults).

    I have al aye enjoyed our visit to Eddie Merlot’s. It hard to not start with the Calamari - its excellent. We followed with the wedge salad, and then the 12 oz strip steak with creamed spinach. All wonderful. The service was top notch as well.

    We ate the lobster and the filet with sides of brussell sprouts and asparagus. For desert we had the cognac brownie. Everything was absolutely delicious!

    We were celebrating our daughter’s Jr ring ceremony at Cranbrook. Our experience at Eddie Merlot was amazing. Our server Darrell was very well informed on everything on the menu. His recommendations were perfect. We enjoyed our food, drinks and the ambiance was excellent.

    We went for the surf and turf winetasting event. There were three of us, and we all enjoyed our meal very much. The wine expert was very informative, knowledgeable and friendly.

    Eddie Merlot's never disappoints! Sheesh! The server sang Happy Birthday, and gave impeccable service! If you go, ask for Darryl and JENNA! Jenna is an AWESOME Hostess! She said, “DARRYL IS ABOUT TO BE YOUR BEST WAITER EVER.” She told thee ABSOLUTE TRUTH! My heart and stomach are full because the ambiance was so cozy!

    I made a reservation for either a booth in the dining room or a table towards the back of the bar area. It’s freezing in the front ( wore my winter coat the last time). We were told nothing was available. Also Valet is $10. They blocked the handicapped spaces for valet. A table opened rather quickly. It was a few tables from the music and door. It was just two of us and I had to speak loudly to my husband who was next to me. The food and service was great. The ambience is poor. Very noisy from the music and bar. The waitress also told us that she can no longer see our point’s.

    Great venue, outstanding food, terrific wait staff. However, the time it took for our main course to come out of the kitchen was excruciatingly long. We had long finished our salads/appetizers and drinks by the time the food arrived.
