   We always loved coming to Eddie Merlot, but lately the service has been very poor...slow, forgetful, etc. While the food is good, it's becoming frustrating to dine here.

   We enjoy going to Eddie Merlots since its near out home. Some nights the food is good and sometimes its subpar for the money. Last night it was subpar. Lauren our server was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. We always find the staff is great at this restaurant. My husband and I have started sharing meals since the quality is inconsistent and not worth wasting the cash on an extra meal we won't like. We don't generally complain to the staff since it's not something they could really correct in one meal. Some steaks are great and some not so great so it's just the luck of the draw sometimes. They were out of a lot of things on the menu and for a Thursday that seemed alarming about their future. We hope they can continue to stick around but hope they can improve their quality.

   My server Mariah was amazing…she made sure she accommodated everything we needed or wanted and made our experience so special. She interacted with us and made sure my birthday dinner was everything I expected. Thank you Mariah.

   1. 45 min for appetizer 2. 50 min more for entree 3. Ignored by waiter Waiter ignored us for 30 min straight; no apology, just didn’t care to say anything a normal waiter would say…. Sorry for delay ? Would you like a drink ? Everything ok ? Nothing Complained to manager : he says sorry for delay and then we waited another hour Will NEVER go here again; especially on a holiday Just disappointing waste of time and $$ And not even the slightest hint of concern for horrible service

   Was there for my mom’s birthday. Took 20 min to seat us after our reservation time and the place wasn’t busy. It took 1 hr and 45 min to get our food. Didn’t even eat our food and boxed it to go. Manager had an attitude, but comped our meal along with the table behind us. Waiter set down my “Oysters Rockefeller” when they were clearly raw oysters. The worst birthday dinner she’s ever had. Never going there again. Good lemon drop though

   We went to the Easter Sunday Brunch, and it was very disappointing. The food was either cold or dried out from sitting out too long. Most of the time, we had to stand and wait for them to bring out items we wanted. We were seated in a booth with ripped seating, and right next to the omelet station, we basically sat there and looked at the line of people forming next to our table while trying to eat dried food. Not worth the 75$ pp and not your normal Eddie Melot experience.

   Not to be dramatic but piper is the most amazing waitress in the world! She is so kind and thoughtful. We had her before and also had the most amazing experience. So far the last few times we’ve been here were wonderful!

    The last few years we chose to frequent other steakhouses in the area. All are always amazing dining experience. Since Eddie’s had lamb chops we chose to give them another chance. Unfortunately it was a terrible meal. I am not sure why all the food came out cold.i read many other reviews stating the same complaint of cold food so i assumed this issue would be fixed…not at all. This leads me to believe that management does not care. And it will continue to happen So you have now been warned . The Steaks were barely room temp and prime filet MR arrived MW. No good sear on steak to help keep juices in which resulted is a chewy cold filet . It seemed as though it was cooked earlier and then reheated. Baked potatoes was so over cooked that it had no flavor and disintegrated. I asked for more bacon and that was brought out to me straight from the fridge.Cold! I mentioned it to the server and only got a blank stare. A cook and servers can easily identify a mushy decimated baked potatoes that should not be serve at a fine dining restaurant . With the money spent for a night out at the steakhouse I would recommend going to another steakhouse since there are 6 others within a mile radius
