Went here for our 30th anniversary. As usual, the food was outstanding. My only hesitation to a pure five star review is the value. I don’t mind paying more for top quality. But if you say it’s a 16 oz ribeye, don’t give me 12 oz. for $53 I would expect it to be what it’s advertised as.

I’ve been here about a half dozen times between business and personal experiences so I know what they typically provide and I’ve had enough top end steaks to know what is and isn’t the full lb. this was not.

I wasn’t going to complain on our anniversary and ruin the even for my wife but this needs to be said. Maybe it’s a change by mgmt due to cost of COVID?

Celebrating our anniversary was a cherished experience because of our evening at Eddie Merlot's. Darrell made it extra special. Food, presentation and service were outstanding. Worth every penny!

Had dinner out for the first time since the lockdown! The staff was excellent. The menu was a bit pared down but what I wanted was available. (Filet de Mar). We were seated immediately upon arrival. We were asked to wear masks to and from out table, then we could remove them. Staff was all masked and several had gloves on. Menus were one time use and tossed away after we made our selections. Never did I feel unsafe or at risk at any time. We will definitely be returning! Thank you:)

The food & service were fantastic. Perfect place to go for a quiet dinner during these trying times. We've been there before and will be going back again for sure. Hat's off to the staff & chefs!!

It was so great to get out in general but all aspects of the restaurant, service, and food were excellent - especially in these trying times.

In the midst of the Covid-19 crisis, we were disappointed to see the restaurant so empty but we clearly understood why. The staff was aware of the situation and did a great job making us feel safe. We had a wonderful meal delivered by attentive staff. Great job!!

Overall great experience!

Our server, Nikki, was very offputting. I didn’t feel like I was receiving high end service. It felt casual, like a diner. Her first greeting to us was a fast walk-by and says, “I’ll be back in a minute.” Cold, almost like she was annoyed. Doubt it had to do with us, but it put us on edge for the evening. She never mentioned any special features for the evening. I felt like she didn’t take us serious, like we weren’t a worthy table for her efforts and labor. Besides the weird service, my friends Negroni cocktail had a fruit fly in it. GROSS. We didn’t say anything just because we were too intimidated by the service to send something back.

Fabulous food as always. Service was OK but a bit hurried and lacked personal attention. They seemed to be short staffed.

Enjoyed the food, will definitely return in the future.

My only criticism would be I wish the appetizers where hotter when it came out.

Loved every moment of my birthday experience. The ambiance, the attentiveness was superb. This is my new favorite restaurant thus far. My bourbon ribeye was cooked to perfection, actually it was the best steak I've ever had. I'll be back for sure. P.S. Try the carrot cake🎂❤

Birthday celebration. Server was poorly trained. Rusty Bucket restaurant style service. Seemed overwhelmed.
Or perhaps she gave up on us because we were not drinking alcohol which pays better tips.
Have always had superior service on past visits.
Would like to discuss with Managment.

I requested quiet area because one person has hearing problem but we were placed next to the kitchen door. It was noisy. Service was scanty. We wondered what happened to our server. I believe there was large party in the other room. We believe Eddie's policy of giving 15% discounts to veterans is admirable.

Great food! Worth the money. Would definitely go back again.

First our reservation was for 9pm and we had to wait for our table to be cleaned off before we were able to be seated. Then once we ordered it took a long time for our food to come . It just seems like for 530.00 dollars for Two the experience was not worth it. Should of went to Fleming’s .

Fabulous service, food and ambiance. Jared provided wonderful service. We had the filet and ahi and both were spectacular! Great at accommodating food allergies.

It was a nice dinner but the service was not up to par with other servers we have had at Eddie Merlot’s. The food did not disappoint, however. The tuna and sea bass were excellent.
