The service was lovely. Salad was fresh. Nice selection of wines. Table bread was stale. Steak was cooked as requesttd but had very little flavor for a filet, like no seasoning at all. The lobster tail was overcooked / rubbery. The sides were fine, but not impressive. The decor is kind of odd, that’s just personal preference, of course. Not sure what vibe it is supposed to be. Having been to most of the popular steak houses in the area, I felt like the food was under par for the price. One Loudoun should have a really nice steakhouse, and this one has potential —so hoping management can improve the food quality.

Wagyu Ribeye was divine. Lobster Mac & Cheese was incredible for a side but the Brussel Sprouts were just ok, nothing special. Go for the Wedge salad over the Caesars...Caesars was kinda boring while my wife's Wedge looked incredible.

I believe their first stab at a Mother's Day Buffet and they pulled it off fairly well. Te manager was very helpful with addressing which dishes were fine for gluten free needs and the service in general was outstanding. The filet medallions and omelets were great as well as lamb For the price the rest was good but not the variety I would anticipate for cost. Took awhile for some dishes to be restocked too. Great restaurant and have been several times, and will return for standard menu, so hopefully they will improve their buffet a "B"

Food was incredibly awful for your caliber of restaurant. Oysters were bitter and tasted old. Shrimp was frozen and food had been sitting on the burners for hours and was hard. I brough my mother for a celebration and sent her home with an apology. Shameful! Waiter kept disappearing and we had to ask other waiters to take our used dishes. He had 0 personality and was borderline rude. I've enjoyed dinners at your place and was so excited for this meal. We spend HUNDREDS and went home disgusted! Never again!!

Mothers Day brunch was very nice. They gave us mom’s each a rose and the buffet was delicious. Had everything for everyone in our group! A made to order omelet with potatoes for me, breakfast and lunch items for my son & daughter, and lunch/dinner entrees of salmon, salad, oysters and shrimp cocktail for my husband. Desserts were a hit as well. Service was slow with our drink refills and clearing plates away but overall a very nice experience.

This restaurant is beautiful, especially in the main dining room! We ordered half dozen oysters and shrimp cocktail for appetizers. The shrimp was over cooked oysters were fine but unfortunately there was a giant hair and I’m so we didn’t get to enjoy all. I got the bison fillet which was cooked perfectly & very flavorful. However, my husband ordered the prime rib and it was over cooked and he got a side crabcake and that was pretty much burnt & dry, and had way too much filler. The general manager was very kind. Made a new prime rib that we took home. I would’ve thought they would’ve said “oh let us give you your a wine and Prosecco on the house and that didn’t happen. I’ll probably go back and sit at the bar and get a burger but I’m not spending that kind of money for that food anytime soon.

We have been to the Ashburn Eddie Merlot's a couple of times and it's been excellent each time. The steaks are just terrific, which you'd expect, but I really enjoy everything they offer. Sides (like mashed potatoes and creamed spinach) are flavorful and well prepared. The drinks and whiskey selection are very good (I had Whistle Pig which is not common today) and the wine list is well thought out. Even the dessert (we had a HUGE piece of carrot cake) was terrific. Service was also excellent with just the right amount of attention. If I had one minor complaint it's that their outside area should have umbrellas or a retractable awning - it was beautiful yesterday when we were there, but the sun was blinding. Great restaurant, great service, reasonable price.

Celebrating new grandparents, GM Patrick Lazarus arranged the main dining room with Daniel who we requested. Awesome meal as usual and service was excellent. Sea Bass, Crab cakes and special dessert provided to both sets of current/shortly was really a nice gesture. We went for our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. The spicy shrimp appetizer was huge. The steaks were cooked prefect and the service was fantastic. The manager checked on us a couple of times and comped us free dessert. Will definitely go back.

Ask for George for your waiter. He was fabulous. We always get Grahams 40 year port after dinner. Highly recommend it. It’s the best. We’ve been there many times and highly recommend it. Food is the best. Great place.

I normally like the food at Eddie Merlot's, but the brunch wasn't that great. The food was cold and salty. I feel like I wasted 222.00 because my son, daughter-in-law or me ate all of our first and only plate of food. Disaapointed with the brunch, but will go back for the regular menu.

I’ve been to Eddie Merlot before and the quality of the food for the brunch was lower than expected. Seafood was not best and the meat was also not prime. The breakfast items, such as French toast were not fresh and very basic. Not paired to a quality of this establishment. Definitely price and quality were not aligned.
