This was a truly awful experience. I rarely take the time to say anything if I’m unhappy at a meal, but this visit included everything from the lack of server presence and response, to our food showing up missing items an hour after we had ordered. Nothing that came to the table was correct. And even once the kitchen had adjusted (as best they could-we weren’t informed that there were inventory issues of items we ordered until after our meals arrived wrong) the food was still barely tolerable. I’m pretty convinced that this whole meal was just frozen food items from the Costco up the street.

I have never been so uncomfortable or irritated by a dining experience. On top of all of this, the servers and bartenders were not COVID compliant whatsoever.

We will never be back.

We were there early, about 5:15 so it wasn't busy at all. Very nice patio and ambience. Food is good depending on what you order. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

This is the 5th time I’ve been to EDB but first time since before pandemic started. The menu has changed and the food was bland and not very tasty. The Wagyu Sliders were extremely dry. The pattys and the buns were very dry and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The fries were good, although we asked for BBQ sauce and it came when we were almost done with the fries. The grilled Caesar salad was not very flavorful. Maybe this was an off night so l think about giving them another chance.

We have been here about a half a dozen times and the drinks are always pretty good to excellent. I wish they offered or had more beer selection (tonight over half of the taps were out).

Food is pretty inconsistent and could honestly be presented much better. This review is primarily for the food tonight as it was good, but the value and presentation was sorely lacking. Two of us ordered the fish and chips and one got the Salmon Salad. Fish and chips was a GIANT serving of fries and three super skinny fish strips. Seriously, the strips were smaller than what you'd get at McDonald's. They tasted fine but I had to get food on the way home because they didn't get anywhere near to satisfy my appetite. Salmon salad was also a let down as the piece of fish was dwarfed by the huge bowl of greens served in a medium sized deep bowl. It was very difficult to eat and most of it was left behind.

Our server was excellent. She had numerous tables and made drinks while taking orders and running food.

If this was my first visit, I wouldn't ever go back. Since we've had other, better experiences, we'll go back, if only for drinks, and hope they are able to reverse course and get back to speed.

LOVE this place! We went last Saturday for dinner, after finding this place in Opentable.
I was surprised to know, that the restaurant is outside of the Marriot Hotel.
The place is great! Outdoor sitting , Big T.V's around, very nice music all over, perfect ambiance. The food was very tasty, everything we ordered was delicious. Our server was Selina - beautiful young lady. She was very polite, kind, nice, attentive and always smiling.
We had an amazing evening.
We will be back.

I made a reservation but was placed outside the general dining area with no apology what so ever. Apparently making a reservation here means nothing because it doesn’t save you a table. Poor service and rude staff completed the experience. Better places to spend a Friday evening .

UPDATE: We went back to EDB last night and the manager really took care of us and made good on the issues we previously had and it was outstanding. Thank you, Jessica!

The food here and the environment is really great especially during COVID as they were built to be outside. However, the service is dismal. Both times we've gone, it's been really quite bad. It's not that they're unfriendly, they are super friendly, they are just not organized or efficient. It's REALLY slow.

Went here for a night out with a friend (covid style-outside social distance). Everything was fair. It was decently busy, the outdoor patio was roomy, cute. A decent meal for a decent price, but wouldn’t necessarily rush to go back.

This is quickly becoming one of my favorite places to eat. The food is good, reasonably priced, and a great ambience! The service is a little spotty. Sometimes, the servers are attentive, and sometimes they just disappear & you have to ask someone to find them. Still, the food and atmosphere are worth it!

So tonight was date night. I found this place doing a Google search, I had no idea that this place existed. Made a reservation and we were seated in a timely manner even though we showed up 10 minutes early because I didn't want to miss too much of the Clippers game.

The place looks amazing at night and perfect for date night and a quarantine night. People were spaced out well and seems like they were following all pandemic protocols.

Let me tell you, service is painfully slow. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed. To her credit she apologized multiple times. They seemed well staffed but I could be wrong. Seriously though the time waiting for drinks, time waiting for any kind of service was just not acceptable. Food was good though. We had Flatbread, a burger and sashimi appetizers. The Old fashions were mixed very well.

Service was just not good. We will most likely come back due to the ambiance and outside setting but if the service suxs again, we will NOT be returning!!

We went around 8pm Sunday evening and there were more people there than I anticipated but everyone was spread out pretty far for social distancing. The space is large and sits right in front of the Marriott Hotel. The ambiance was very nice with dimly lit lights all around. The server was attentive and gave excellent recommendations! We had the Sashimi appetizer (8/10) and the Salmon for our entree (10/10) which was so amazing! Drinks were excellent also. Looking forward to go back to try the Trout Entree that was also recommended! Thank you E.D.B. for a nice evening date!

We were super pleased with the meal and service. Initially surprised by the recommendation, my wife and I decided to give it a shot. Couldn’t have left happier, fuller and feeling great about the dining experience! The staff and safety precautions were on point and we really felt safe while enjoying tasty food and fantastic service!

Tried this for something different. Our sever was awesome! Burger is ok... should be one big part rather than two smaller patties as it’s too well done. Mojito drinks were good. Truffle fries are the best we’ve ever had. Nice place to “get away locally” with great outdoor dining.

Upon arrival they didnt have a host to seat us. So we had to seat ourselves. I guess their computers were shut down to get opentable pts. Our server was nice but not accommodating. Our drinks sat empty for awhile and had to try to find her a few times. So we ended up leaving and eating somewhere else.

Service was a bit lacking. Took forever just to get appetizers. Guacamole was good but brown in some spots and looked like the cut up avocado and mixed in quickly to cover it up. Ended up not ordering entrees because of the slow factor.

We made reservations and it wasn't considered, instead the waiter said just sit where you want, that made it look unreserved and It was a first date, and I chose this place because it looked real serene but turned out to be real loud and kind of crowded actually. While eating dinner and trying to get to know each other there was a loud movie playing in the back of us for people to watch in the pool. It didn't seem to bother him, which I'm glad and it would be too much of a hassle to relocate but nonetheless the date went pretty smooth and I did very well not letting any of this interfere, but for future reference if you guy's give that option for a reservation, your company should honor that especially as a up class dining as your website states.

There was no host. The only server I could find told me they didn't know what to do with reservations. Why would you take reservations if you have no idea what to do once a reservation is made? Luckily there was 1 table available that we took. They don't have high chairs. They don't have plastic cups. They don't have a kids menu even though all their food is basically kid food, so that wasn't actually a big deal. The food was mediocre at best. I was excited that they had my favorite wine by the glass, but clearly the bottle had been sitting in the sun all day because it was HOT. HOT WINE. for $18. Gross.

Our server was very pleasant, and if you don't come with kids and like mediocre food and hot wine, you might have a good time.

Came here on a random Wednesday night with my friend after work for some drinks and food expecting nothing but a cute location.

I had made reservations just in case on OpenTable but theres no host so you pretty much find a seat and get the attention of the waitress, which seemed to only be one & you just get cumfy.

My friend and I sat by the fire which was super cozy and comfortable. Our waitress was super nice & remember when I said there was only one? Well apprently one is all they need if its her. She literally was handling the entire place like nobodys business. Wish we got her name because on a random Wed night they were still very packed & she was getting to everyone with no problem.

Ordered drinks, first round a raspberry Mojitto which was very good, theyre not cheap with alcohol, yayyy. Second round I got the snow something drink, on the sweet side & it was just as good and my friend got a mango flavored drink which she liked as well.

Food? The only thing that dissapointed me with food was I had seen certain pictures on their website which I was already craving but like most places, they had already changed the menu and no longer offered them. However, my friend and I shared a cuban sandwich with some amazing fries, we had the Kale salad which Im still craving, needless to say it was bomb, and we had the hummus platter which was picture ready.
Not only were the presentation of the food and drinks beautiful, artsy and appealing but they all tasted amazing. Already recommended a bunch of people to check it out, even if its just for drinks in a modern environment.

Side Note:
The restrooms are inside the hotel, super duper clean btw. The parking a bit on the pricy side but I suppose because its right by the airport

Solid food and drinks. Duck Tacos are delicious as are the Mole Quesadillas. Outdoor seating was a little chilly even with heaters, but it's cute and comfortable enough. Would recommend and would definitely come back.
