    Join us for an unforgettable evening of bold pairings and refined flavors as we welcome the exceptional wines of Alma Carraovejas to Edan Bistro. Known for their deep respect for terroir and sustainability, Alma Carraovejas brings together some of Spain’s most distinctive vineyards—from the mineral-driven whites of Ossian to the powerful reds of Milsetentayseis and El Anejón in Ribera del Duero. Chef Aitor has created a six-course tasting menu to complement the wines, with highlights like Tomato & Strawberry Gazpacho with Burrata and Anchovies, White Beans with Calamari in its Ink, and a showstopping Ribeye paired with El Anejón. A representative from the winery will be joining us to guide guests through the evening, sharing the stories and philosophy behind each wine. Guests will dine together at one long table to create a shared experience rooted in connection, conversation, and community—just as you’d find around the table in Spain.

                                            I have been coming to this restaurant for some time now, and the food is EXCELLENT, BUT the service is nowhere near what they charge and where it should be. It is not normal to have to keep calling the waiter for basic things like water, to order food, get the bill. They tend to have 2 waiters for the whole restaurant, and that is the issue. I hope they hire someone else, because receiving a good service is almost as important as the food quality

                                            Absolutely amazing restaurant! The food was exquisite—easily the best steak I’ve had in the U.S. The service and atmosphere were just as impressive. We’ll definitely be coming back!

                                            The food was delicious ... the wine list was amazing!!! I ordered the fish and it was just perfect!!! The pumpkin rice and steak were also amazing! My daughter especially loved the basque cheesecake. Honestly, everything that came to our table was on point... Highly recommend and we will be back!

                                            Best Salmon I've had in my life. The mushroom croquetas is a new experience to me. The rice is one of the best I've had in my life. The food is worthy of a Michellin star.
