We had a great dinner and wonderful service.
I was very good but noisy . I will return but early before the crowds start or seat at the deck.
Ecco always hits it out of the park, however this meal was a little underwhelming. First, they were out of the bottle of wine selection we made, then they were out of the dessert port ordered, and most importantly the cherry danish dessert my client ordered arrived with a big piece of hair resting right on top.
The staff was very quick to remedy the issues and offer alternatives, but quality control and proactive preparation for the evening seemed to be missing. We had an early dinner reservation, so it isn’t like they ran out of the wine selection and port due to being busy during the dinner service; all of which could have been avoided by proactively knowing inventory levels and wine availability going into the dinner service for proper expectation setting before orders are placed.
One of my favorite Atlanta eateries. It was our anniversary and they had complementary Prosecco waiting. Food was excellent as usual. The wine list is small, but diverse and reasonable. Overall excellent experience.
Loved it! And loved Khalil! Food was great! Will come back for sure.
Always amazing and must get the fried goat cheese balls every time you go.
Thought we would try Ecco at Phipps Plaza. Some years ago ate at Ecco in its Midtown location. The food this night was good. Fried goat cheese not my favorite, but the scallop main dish ad the eggplant agnolotti were quite good and the focaccia thin crust appetizer was the best dish we experienced. Also, the desserts were delicious, especially the strudel, and the lemon ricotta and caramel gelato. All in all a very nice experience and well located.
Great place for our 3rd anniversary. Elegant ambiance and nice food.
Great menu and delicious food. But a little too small foe the main course.
Actually ate from the bar for this meal. Shared the charcuterie and cheese platter and a dessert. Great ambiance and wine selection.
This place was good loved the many selection of Gin Cocktails. I just wished they had more food options on the menu but will definitely come back
One of our entrees was rather bland. But the rest of the food was delicious and the service was great and kind!
Great food. Pleasant atmosphere.
We arrived for brunch just as it opened. We were warmly greeted and quickly served. We took our server’s recommendation on several things and she was right. We had the Fried goat cheese—delicate and delicious. I had the lamb burger which was the best I’ve ever had. My companion had the baked Dutch pancake, which she really enjoyed (I didn’t care for the orange syrup). For dessert we had the bee sting dessert. It was the best yet. I would highly recommend Ecco Buckhead.
Second trip to Ecco for me. My husband goes often for work dinners. The food, service and ambiance are fabulous. The noise level is on the high end which gives off a high energy vibe.
We always share 3-4 plates. Fried Olives are AMAZING! Can’t go wrong with a meat and cheese plate (we always consult our server for recs). Mussels, Beet Salad and Squid Ink Pasta rounded out our meal. All shared plates. My only very small complaint is the lack of California Chardonnays by-the-glass. There was only one.
We will return to Ecco AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN!
Very limited menu though the food was good. Service was a little slow ... the meal took 2 hours for a four-top.
Beautiful restaurant, gracious service and sophisticated yet approachable menu that delivers - delicious!
I love the Ecco in Midtown, so I was excited when they opened one in Buckhead.
The restaurant is beautiful and the food & service are just as wonderful.
Fried goat cheese balls are always a favorite.
We tried the scallops which were perfectly prepared and so flavorful.
We also shared a margarita flatbread which was yummy and went well with our various dishes and cocktails.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff!!!
Unfortunately the mussels were strong and fishy. I much prefer the lunch menu to the limited dinner menu.
Our meal was great! The atmosphere was just what we we were looking for. Great location. Stacey, our wait person, was fantastic!! She was engaging and very attentive! We will definitely come back!!
Great service and food. A fun time with friends and family.
Good food. Great service.
An excellent dining experience! Interesting and unique menu, impeccable and very knowledgeable menu- assistance from our server and delicious flavors.
Our waitress was very good. Also, she took the time to explain the dishes as well as the app menu and offered us drinks from the bar menu. Moreover, she wished me HB. The food was very good, but two dishes were not warm enough. Desserts were very good and the noise level of the restaurant is perfect. We will be back and definitely recommend Ecco
Horrible atmosphere, limited menu and indifferent service. Never going back.
We love the environment and the food. It’s the 3rd time to try it out. Unfortunately every time the service is slow and not as attentive. They go above & beyond when needed but will not return as we’ve given them a chance to improve. Too many great places in Atlanta to choose from.
I took my husband to Ecco in Buckhead to celebrate his birthday. The food came in small portions but was delicious. The carpaccio was particularly good. The service was excellent. Our server went so far as to provide us a written list of all her favorite restaurants in the area because we just moved here from out of state. Last but certainly not least, the kitchen accommodated my celiac husband's dietary needs perfectly. No cross contamination. Though it was a little pricey, we will definitely go back to Ecco for special occasions.
Favorite spot in Buckhead! Can’t get this good of food anywhere.
It was fantastic!!
Love this place. Been twice and very attractive menu.
Plenty of choices and sharing I really like
Was celebrating my godchild who turned 49. We had a terrific time. The food, service and gelato treat for her was outstanding.
Every aspect of my party's experience was awesome. The meat and bread tray was a pleasant surprise. Everyone loved their meal. I'll be back for sure.
The food and service was fantastic! Definitely the best place for lunch in the North Buckhead area.
Everything was EXCELLENT, a bit pricey. But oh well! At least it was delicious. I'll definitely be back.
Beautiful space. Really top-notch, friendly and accommodating staff. Including excellent hostess. Great kitchen. We love Ecco Midtown, Buckhead is also excellent. Some of the same things on menu but enough difference to make it absolutely worth a stop in.
Food selection is limited and prices are too high. Everything is fine. Would I recommend to friends? Yes but I will let them know to go for drinks only.
Very limited entree selection (only four to choose from) and a bit pricey. Had one acceptable entree (cod) and one that was very Good (scallops). Also had two appetizers, one of which was excellent and another that was just OK.
Although I've dined at Ecco's Midtown location many times, this was my first experience at the Buckhead property. We had a great, knowledgeable server who fully understood that we wanted to pace the courses, not have them all arrive at once (funny how so many restaurants don't get that concept). We started with a couple of inventive cocktails, which were great. Flatbread was terrific as usual, eggplant pasta dish heavy but very tasty. I loved the mussels broth, along with the charred bread for dipping, but the mussels were a bit gamey for my taste. We recently moved into the Buckhead area and I'm sure Ecco will be a frequent destination for dinner.
Great meal and birthday celebration!
Our dinner did not disappoint. In fact, our food was amazingly and innovatively tasty. What a treat!
