Eberly Ratings and Reviews
It is a very nice restaurant, the food tastes ok nothing really outstanding. Our server was very nice and food came perfect. They did take a while to get us seated, like 15 minutes maybe even more even though we were there right on time for our reservation. Also, in their special requests section when reserving online, I had asked for a table near a window and that we were celebrating a birthday and they gave us the exact opposite for the table and made nothing special for the birthday until I asked the waiter to bring a dessert with a candle or something. So I had to ask them to change us to another table which was also available at the same time, so I guess they don't really pay attention to this requests. Their hostess could use a more cheerful attitude when greeting customers and complying with requests. Other than that we had a great time having brunch here.
The staff at Eberly went the extra mile to help me celebrate my birthday. They called to confirm my reservation and ask about the special occasion. The menus were personalized wishing me a happy birthday and comped a dessert.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Food was so delightful! Wonderful experience!
Eberly executes well on cocktails, server knowledge and mostly ambiance.
The food is relatively pricey for what is received. I state this as Eberly’s peers execute menu items at the highest level for the price. Summed up, the food seems out of balance with the pricing - I.e overpriced.
Down the street, Juliet and Uchi are also pricey but I never had the impression that the value was not there.
Eberly is the place to be seen right now but that will end as with all others before it. If the goal is longevity, they need to step up their game if they are to charge the same prices.
So details on the food - I ordered the filet which was flavorful and well cooked but almost cold. My wife ordered a pasta dish which pretends to be unique but there was nothing creative in the taste or presentation.
This is the last time we will eat there but we may stop in for a drink for time to time.
The Cedar Tavern is a unique piece of bar history that started in NYC and the story of how it was revived and restored after over a decade in storage really almost brought tears to my eyes. The happy hour is solid, probably the best I've seen anywhere and the food is truly delicious.
Amazing dinner with friends. My husband I shared the steak tartar, ribeye for two, and the most unique and delicious spin on banana pudding. We have steak tartar whenever we see it on the menu, this could be one of the best we’ve had, and the crisp bread toasts were delicious on their own.
Service was outstanding, I wish I remembered our servers name, she was as good as it gets. Check out the bar too. We asked about the private dining room and were treated to a tour. Really really wonderful dining experience. Plus the restaurant is just gorgeous.
Went for brunch. Food was delicious with some slightly unusual twists, with just right service and reasonably priced. Valet parking, Lovely decor throughout! Really enjoyed it and worth the visit
Warning-the restroom is all.inclusive, individual stalls but 1 'room' with 2 handfasting stations. Likely something we're all going have to endure in the future.
Great food and great service with the bartender, however I was upset before we even got there because they gave my reservation away before their 15 min waiting rule was over. I didn't get my table and had to sit at the bar, luckily the bar was nice and fun to talk to the bartenders. The hostess were not really sympathetic and was really disappointing .
The food was delicious! My only complaint is the booze is a little expensive— $32 for a carafe is mimosas is steep—especially when other places in town are doing $1 mimosas. My biggest compliment goes to your hostess Danielle. I left an earring on the table... Danielle went and looked for it and found nothing. A few minutes later she called back and said they found it! I was impressed she spent the time actually looking for it and calling me back. She’s fantastic.
I went on a Sunday for brunch and it was my 29th Birthday. They did an amazing job of having a table ready for 12 people. It is a beautiful place for a special occasion or a date. Food was delicious! They did a great job of anything we asked or overheard. The staff overheard me saying “I wish I had a bit more gravy on my biscuits.” Without any questions, our server brought out more gravy for the rest of my biscuit. I will always recommend this for brunch to anyone! I’m looking forward to know how dinner will be like.
We had such a fabulous evening at Eberly! We were treated like the most important guests by Tyler - he made my birthday experience so very special! I am extremely appreciative of his kindness and the excellent service that we received. I highly recommend Eberly!
An amazing restaurant. Making reservations was very easy which we all appreciate. Eberly impressed me when they adjusted the size of my dining party at last minute. The restaurant has valet parking and a great exterior. The staff was very knowledgeable, professional and team focused. The food was very tasty and nicely presented. Everyone raved about the dish they ordered and we all had spoon battles over the Mac and cheese. Highly recommend Eberly. Go dine here.
Great place that I have been referred to by many people. I wasn't all that impressed with the food. We went to Eberly, Odd Duck, Salty Sow, Geraldines, and Trulucks this week and the general consensus was that Eberly was by far the least favorite. Not to say it was BAD by any means, ,but I think it could definitely be better, given the price.
The ambience was great, with multiple unique rooms; and each is posh and tailored for an intimate meal with family or friends. The food was fantastic, yet was all normal. They did not rush our table at all; we had a very enjoyable evening. One of the few restaurants in town where you can get dressed up and enjoy an evening out together.
There smoked oysters are incredible and there small plates are also wonderful. The crab corn bread is a must have and the charcuterie was perfect to finish us off. I can not remember the drink I ordered but it was very pleasing and my wife had a wine. We are not large portion eaters, so the small portions where perfect for us. I have yet to try a main dish but we had the banana bread pudding and it was excellent and presentation was very nice.
