About this restaurant

For excellent food and beautiful views of Freeport’s Nautical Mile, EB Elliot’s for a delectable and innovative take on American fare in a fun, sports grill atmosphere. Amazing small plate options, which make for great starters, include the lobster sliders with lemon aioli, the black and tan battered onion rings and the tuna tartare with guacamole. EB Elliot’s popular entrees include the seafood bouillabaisse in a saffron tomato broth, the chicken breast in a mushroom-brandy sauce and the herb-crusted Norwegian salmon. The raw bar, with items ranging from Blue Point oysters, Little Neck clams and crabmeat cocktail, are tremendously fresh and popular with diners. EB Elliot’s keeps the fun going with a variety of special events and seasonal fare, such as live music during the week and a special Oktoberfest-inspired menu.

This resto is on a canal in Freeport & easy to get to. The menu at lunch was varied & reasonably priced. Plenty of outdoor space for dining also. Waitstaff very affable. However, when one notes they have an Open Table reservation, you must make sure waitstaff gets it as the computer is upstairs in office & takes a few days for one's reservation to be noted.

I went to E.B. Elliot's to celebrate my Birthday-the service and food were excellent. Most importantly I never felt as though I was being rushed. I plan to return and highly recommend the restaurant.

They were very accommodating for an off-season visit. We arrived at 8:30 for our scheduled reservation. They originally told us we had to order from the "bar" menu due to the time. They weren't aware of our reservation but after checking,,, they accommodated us with a nice table at a very quite restaurant for a Saturday night. All the food served was above average, and we had a good time being the only table & benefiting from all the attention in the upstairs dinning area.

The broccoli cheese soup of the day was excellent as is the shrimp cocktail. My favorite part of the night was the 2 pound steamed lobster. Just over the top wondeful.

My wife and I had not been to the restaurant in a while- we went for dinner and were blown away by the wonderful food and service! The clam chowder was hearty and the red curry St. Peters fish was off the charts! Will definitely be back soon.
