   This is a dingy and tired place with chipped and scarred tables. Too bad the place is so awful because the food is not that bad.

   This place is kind of like an upscale coffee shop. Food was very good and they checked for vaccination cards which was nice to see. French fries were really good. Nice and crispy and salty. My friends burger looked better than my grilled chicken sandwich. It was good, I just wish it was a chicken fillet as opposed to pieces of chicken. But I enjoyed it.

   Love the salmon burger at Eats. more places should have salmon burgers! Also the kale/pear salad. Loved the food, which was great. Unfortunately the table I sat at was adjacent to the door and between patrons coming in and out, and waitstaff going out to serve people outside I was very cold for most of the dinner. Hopefully they put up the typical wintertime barrier around their entrance sometime soon or stop using that table! I would definitely go to Eats and will be back. Just won't sit at table next to entry!

   A nice lunch before heading off to the Met. Our server was valiant and as attentive as he could be given the number of patrons he was attending to. The food was good. The price was good. What else need be said?

   The food was generally average, although the French fries were delicious. Tuna tartare very lumpy and lacked any real flavor.. Service was excellent considering there were only two waitresses for the entire restaurant inside and out. The outside eating space was bare bones, with dirt- filled planters and no screen to separate a gritty Third Avenue. It is a challenge making the best out of having to sit outside on a noisy street but there could be way more effort to make that outdoor space more inviting and appealing.

    Only issue is when we arrived for the 8:30 reservation they asked us to order ASAP cuz the kitchen closed at 8:40. Didn’t make sense why they’d allow an 8:30 reservation then. Otherwise was great.
