Sat down for 15 mins without a server or anyone offering a beverage or water. Nor at these prices and in Short Hills. The manager basically served our table, then the waitress brings the check at the end. We didn’t see her the entire meal. Good was good and drinks were comped by manager but was still an awful dining experience.

Absolutely what you expect from Eataly. I’ve been to 3 locations now and they are all terrible and the food is appalling for what they charge. Oh and for what they charge they should have better more professional and attentive staff. Eataly officially blows!

Food was incredible, and fantastic service. The cocktails were a bit disappointing but wouldn’t stop me from coming back!

the service was not very attentive...and our server seems afraid to touch our food plates. in addition, the tables were too small to accommodate the plates of food (we ordered a pizza to share) and the tables were way to close to each other. food was delicious.

I had a reservation, but the staff didn’t even bother to look it up properly—they just kept saying there was no reservation and that I had to wait. If you offer a reservation system, at least learn how to use it.

I had a great time. The food was tasty. There were four of us and we all enjoyed our meal. The burrata with the side of focassia bread was a great starter.

Eataly good and drinks were excellent. Service with Koa is outstanding! He is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I will always ask for Koa when T Eataly. Highly recommend!
