   My party of 2 was seated promptly at our reservation time. We ordered drinks and our meals within 10 minutes of being seated. Drinks arrived promptly, appetizer about 15 minutes later, but entrees 45-50 minutes after that. Not sure what the holdup was with our two simple pasta dishes, but parties seated long after us received their meals quicker. We were offered free dessert to compensate for the delay, which took another 15 minutes to receive. Food was overall good, but experience left a lot to be desired.

   Had a reservation for 5:30pm for a group of 7. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes to be seated. The restaurant seemed short staffed, as the managers were also waiting tables, and there were open tables without patrons. Our waiter was trying his best to keep up but he seemed way too busy. It took a bit for us to put our orders in. The drinks (one draft beer and one mixed drink) came quite fast with the exception of my wine, which was originally sold out but then they found another bottle... took about 10 minutes for me to get my wine after the other drinks were served. The childrens' food came really fast, probably within 10 minutes of ordering. However, the rest of our food took forever. I remember taking my son to the restroom and coming back to the table saying "it's 6:47 and we haven't gotten our food yet." I think our food finally arrived around 7pm. My dish looked like it had been waiting to be served for a while. It was warm, but not hot as I would expect. My friend waiting an additional 5-10min after the rest of us were served to finally get his tableside Alfredo. The food was great, albeit quite small portions. I love the Eataly in NYC but the one at Short Hills had very poor service and so I was rather disappointed in the whole experience.

   What a wonderful experience!! Food was delicious, service was fantastic was so much fun for our group we were celebrating a friends birthday. Pizza and pasta were so fresh and delicious we are definitely coming back!

   Service was outstanding. Limited menu and small portions. Everything was prepared well and was tasty, but honestly would not go back. There are so many great Italian restaurants in the area, that offer a lot more for your money.

   Prices were too high for the little they give you. $90 for a flat piece of chicken and 4 meatballs It was like $8 of ingredients on their end and charged way too much. Plus the place is so loud.

   The decor was fresh and inviting. All were friendly. I ordered salmon and salad and it was delicious. The salad had a nice tangy dressing. I thought the music level was a bit loud, but I could still converse with my friend.
