   The service was quite slow and disorganized for a Saturday evening dinner. While my group had a reservation, it took them 10 mins to clear up the table that was intended for my party. After ordering, the food came out pretty quickly, however it was not as hot as we’d like it. We also heard a couple of the other groups sitting next to us mention the temperature of the dishes. Finally, there were quite a few instances where dishes were being dropped and broken and drinks were being spilt which partially ruined the ambience. The food was ok, with the pizza and tiramisu worth going back again.

   I’ve been here before and loved it, but the service was slow sometimes non existent. Once they put water container on our table so we could serve ourselves… went there for our kids birthdays… at one point we waited 20 minutes to get someone to give us water. Took a long time to order drinks and then at the end, one of the girls who has a nut allergy was given treats with nuts in it on the house - which was nice gesture…but tone deaf. I was disappointed been here before but had a much better experience. :(

   Cane back today for the new $24 lunch menu. It was fantastic! Ever dish was delicious and came out fast. Our server Jessica was so great she really made the experience enjoyable. Must also note that the new hostesses are much nicer and pleasant to deal with. Great job!

   Nothing but great things to say about Eataly. The food is top quality and the people serving you are excellent, professional and welcoming. This is my go-to spot for friends or client get togethers.

   Food was good - service was terrible. Server brought wrong dessert over and literally rolled the eyes when we said it wasn’t what we ordered. Then asked for cutlery for my dessert - another eye roll but then she never came back with cutlery. Other server seemed annoyed with us - perhaps we didn’t order enough for us to have a large bill? Not sure. Wanted a box for my half pizza - he brought over a tiny box and said people fold the pizza and make it fit ….. literally the crust for 4 slices would not fit in such a tiny box - he was annoyed I requested a larger box. Sorry servers, we seemed to have put you out of your way today - do not take it out on the patrons. Food was very tasty but service would get a 1/10. If that.

   The place has an open airy feel, staff were friendly and helpful as well as attentive.. Our starter was Focaccia bread and Buratta, both excellent and pair nicely ( note if you only order the Buratta it does not come with anything to put it on. It is very authentic Italian food. Fresh pasta,I thought I was getting lasagna but my dish was made with lasagna noodles. While everything was delicious it was not what I thought I was getting. We order Asparagus but never received it. Not even sure if I was charged for it. Would I go back, yes . I would be more careful to understand what I was getting. Price was fair for what was served and overall I enjoyed my dinner

   We enjoyed being in the restaurant, our server was great, very informative. Food was not worth the price - both pizza's were soggy, not generous with ingredients and the ravioli was tough and not hot - but the tomato sauce was good. When you order pasta, bread should come with it, at least one slice!!!??? Overpriced in our opinion.

    Nelson was amazing the smallest detail like after eating r apps he cleared them brought new utensils filled out water cups constantly never at Eataly aside from Luca has this been done prices r a bit high
