   Food was good. Fresh ingredients. Pasta perfectly al dente. Cannolo was good. Shell nice and crisp.

   Food and service were really very good. Our server was delightful and efficient. We were seated in the back corner looking out over the room - so much quieter than being in the middle. The restaurant is always busy and lively.

   The meal was enjoyable. The ambient sound was typically high. However, the noise was increased by the inordinate number of young children seated with their moms, both parents or friends at lunch time. The children were almost unanimously well behaved and it was satisfying that the dining space could accommodate such a surprising number of youngsters with their family members.

   Overall a nice enough dinner. Food was good, not great. Service was professional, but the kitchen seemed slow. Ambience was good, though loud.

   Food was very underwhelming and lacked all flavour. Between 3 appetizers, and 3 pastas, there was only 1 pasta we actually enjoyed. Waitress was great but would not return back for food.

   It’s the first time I tried Eataly for brunch/lunch. I met a dear friend there - it was a good location as I am from Oakville and she was from North west Toronto. Firstly, I found it noisy. Secondly I was very disappointed with the food. 3 items were already sold out on the Brunch menu and items were recommended. We had to make other choices instead. I had the salmon; it was good. We had a cappuccino and latte; it was good. My friend had the Brioche French toast and it was very dry and did not taste good. Maybe 1/3 of the French toast was eaten My friend was too nice to say anything but I called the waiter over. Waiter said he would tell the manager. I paid for the meal and noticed they charged half the amount if the French toast. That was unacceptable. I called the waiter o et and said “ you expect me to pay for something that was very dry?” He said he would talk yo the manager. He came back and had that item removed. I did get an apology however there was no offering or incentive to come back to the restaurant. I paid for 1 menu item and 2 coffees and it was $50. The waiter was nice. I was willing to talk to Management but they were too busy. I am extremely disappointed in the whole experience. It’s was a packed full restaurant… I’m sure the daily sales are excellent. I have no desire to try it again. I had ask for a correction. This is poor service. I shouldn’t have had to ask. I will not be returning!

His menu knowledge was impressive, guiding us through selections with thoughtful recommendations and genuine enthusiasm. What truly set him apart, however, was his attentiveness. He checked in at just the right moments—never intrusive, always present. Andrea’s demeanor suggests someone destined for leadership. He embodies the kind of hospitality that turns a good meal into a memorable one. If Eataly is cultivating future leaders, Andrea C. is a clear standout.     Food was great. Our server Andrea was great. The food was a little slow to come out and thats my only complaint. Always one of my fav places to go to. Overall good experience
