   We had gone for a special celebration on a Monday night so restaurant not busy. Server was inexperienced. Drinks that were ordered and inputed into a laptop in front of us came out with the wrong mixes and liquors. Focaccia that they are know for they were out of 2-3. Bruschetta came with only two small pieces, also was a spin in traditional Bruschetta so if you didn’t pick up on in in Italian or in small print you were surprised. Not tasty too, lemony. All apps were for one person only not for sharing, too small. Pastas were all al dente even the Fresca ones and not tasty. If you order a pop there like a Coke fyi they only serve Italian versions no coke or Pepsi products, server did not alter us. Fritto Misto was too salty we sent it back and were still charged for it. One of my guest ordered a steak, the forgot about it. It was not busy and it took 15 minutes to get the steak finally at which point my guest had to ask for a steak knife. They offered us a mini rice ball as a consolation for the late steak that we didn’t want and we were still charged for the steak! The only meal that was average was the margarita pizza for my 14 year old. All pastas not good. I’ve been to many Eataly’s over the years and this one before however our experience this time was horrible and embarrassing for my guests. Also we weren’t told that with a party of 10 the tip Was included already. Very displeased. I don’t take time normally to write comments but it was a special night for myself and our guests and we were all very dissatisfied.

   The food was really fresh and good! Our server was very polite and nice. Also the wine!!!! I will definitely be back!!

   Nothing special actually, the ordered appetizer with shrimp and it comes with only 1 shrimp, pasta was kind of blend and it was really expensive for the quality , but manager was kind and tried to be helpful

   Went with my family for Saturday brunch. Service and food were great as usual. Best Napolitan pizza in the city!

   Great spot, good food , very good wait staff. Will go again soon ! Need to try the Pizza which looked amazing

   Excellent authentic food. Mussels were.fabulous. The Canoli for dessert was magnificent.

   Eataly at Shops at Don Mills is always a great experience. This time our group brought all the toddlers and everyone was very accommodating and thoughtful. Staff were friendly and attentive. It’s a great place to bring your kids while still maintaining the adult vibe.

   I had a great experience at Eataly Restaurant! The pasta and pizza were absolutely delicious—packed with authentic flavors and perfectly cooked. Our server, Jude, was friendly and attentive, which made the dining experience even better. While the portions are on the smaller side and a bit pricey, I’d say it was worth it for the quality. Definitely a spot I’d return to when I’m craving good Italian food!

    The service was friendly and great however the food was very average with poor presentation that I rather not upload the photos of what I was being served but the general manager and the server were very approachable and open to feedback and came up with solutions right away.
