Easy Bistro is my favorite places for weekend brunch. The pastries are fresh, the menu items
offer a great selection, and the service is always excellent.
We had a wonderful time at Easy Bistro. The service and food were top notch. The "steak frites" were cooked perfectly, and the creme brulee was the best I ever had. I would definitely recommend it.
Everything absolutely top notch! The oysters were amazing!!!
My Boyfriend took me here on a date and everything was phenomenal. We loved the drinks, appetizer, meal and dessert. A must for anyone who wants a romantic or elegant setting.
Food was excellent as always, but the service was a little slow. Service was friendly, but I believe the restaurant took in too many tables and was not able to serve everyone accordingly. However, we will be back.
Amazing meat tartare and oysters
Good and staff were amazing. Would highly recommend if you’re in Chattanooga!
This is my 3rd visit to the Bistro. Each time it’s been fantastic! Every ingredient of each dish seems like it was specially prepared. The wait staff and bartenders blend the perfect mix of attentiveness, knowledge, and caring about your experience. Thank you Easy Bistro for being consistently great!
Wonderful restaurant. Delicious and interesting food. Attentive, courteous wait staff. Great bar and bar staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
Everything was wonderful!
Great service and great food. Menu items I don't cook everyday (duck, oysters). All done very well. Great team supporting the chef's.
One of Chattanooga’s top restaurants still has pizzazz! Our meal was exceptional! Good service and welcoming atmosphere made for a pleasurable dining experience. The cauliflower soup was to die for!
We found Easy Bistro in a Garden and Gun interview. When we saw that chef Erik was a James Beard nominee, we checked the menu online and were sold. I told them it was my wife’s birthday and we were treated with birthday wishes and a birthday card signed by all of the staff.
The cauliflower soup with Pancetta was incredible. They Wagyu beef was wonderful as were the muscles. A profiterole with a candle rounded out the meal. Terrific service and creative cocktails. A special evening with a very special lady. We HIGHLY recommend. Ed
Wow, what a find! We were impressed with the interiors, being in older building we expected the usual exposed brick vibe, and/or an industrial feel, and instead found a clean, simple and elegant decor that did honor to the history of the area. We enjoyed a tasting menu prepared by Chef Randall. Each course was outstanding not just in it's presentation and creativity, but in it's quality and taste....pure delight. The wine list is not huge but offers excellent choices to pair with the menu. We have dined all over the country and many places abroad, and I can tell you, Easy Bistro is in company with the very best. Don't pass up an opportunity to dine here!
A fantastic dining experience.. first timer celebrating.. new baby .. new home .. late valentines!
Service was very good , food was awesome . At truly great dining experience after several recommendations!!!!!
Brunch was delicious today. Great weather to sit outside.
Awesome! The special guest chefs always home withe there A game!!!
EASY BISTRO. Is easily and always my #1 favorite in ‘Nooga. To have a big time James Beard chef in a small town is aaaahhhhmazing! We’ve lived in ‘Nooga for 1.5 years now, previously from a foodie town, and EASY AIA my one and only love here.
Foodie MECCA in a fine food desert. (One “s” intended.)
One of our favorites in Chattanooga. Easy’s sister restaurant, Main Street Meats IS our favorite.
Excellent food. Wonderful service. Delicious cocktails.
We enjoyed every aspect of our dinner at Easy Bistro. The waitress was very well informed about everything, from the oysters featured to wine and dessert. The bar is lively and drinks very well done -- I had perhaps the best Vodka Negroni ever. We'll be visiting again and again.
Food was excellent.
A little too loud for us.
Oysters were a fabulous selection! Service was great, thanks Chris L! Interior is formal but feels casual, hard surfaces make it a bit loud. Cocktail menu offers unusual flavor pairings, a nice treat hard to find. Menu is complex and plated exquisitely, but there is more focus on innovation & styling than satisfaction from a plate. The seasonal green salad (bibb, asparagus, celery, etc) was the star of the meal, as the other dishes were just slightly unbalanced. I could have used a salt shaker on the table. Filet wasn't a medallion, but was crusted beautifully; the steak sauce plated under was too aromatic. Tuna steak served extra rare--a beautiful consistent 1/8" light gray ring, but left a want for a golden sear. Plated with blood orange, black garlic, cashew & fennel...none of these substantial enough to act as a side. Interesting plate, but not particularly satisfying. We chose cocktails over wine, but the wine list is extensive and award winning. Opted out of dessert when the other dishes were less than extraordinary; we rounded out with a $160 tab before tip (2 cocktails, 1 beer, salad, steak tartare, 2 entrees). A nice meal for a special occasion, but left us foodies wanting for more.
The food was amazing (we loved the grilled oysters and grouper entree especially!), the service very consistent and helpful. A great overall dining experience for sure!
Our meal was one of the best I've ever had at Easy Bistro. The food and service were both fantastic! We visit Easy every couple of months and it never disappoints. Oysters were delicious, Mussels tasty, and the steak was on point!
Food was good but my steak initially came out medium rare when I ordered medium well. The food took so long I was too hungry to care. I was going to eat my sides and take the steak home to cook for lunch the next day. However, the waiter noticed the discrepancy and got me a new really great tasting steak. The doneness was uneven though. If cooked properly, this would have been a great dish.
Before we got our meal a waitress came by and put food on our table. My meal was wrong so my fiancé didn’t touch his meal until we figured out what was going on. Another random waiter came by and asked if he could take our plates. What? He took the plates from us and took them to another table. He didn’t bother to ask if we had ate any of it, sneezed on it, yikes! We didn’t but I would have not accepted food from someone else’s table.
Also while we’re waiting for my steak our waiter commented that he wouldn’t take our appetizer since we were still waiting on the entree. Thanks? We were still eating it.
Bad experience compared to the first time I went here. The food is good if prepared right but the service is subpar compared to the food.
We wanted to go somewhere special for Valentines Day so we drove to Chattanooga. We have eaten at Easy Bistro before and we’re really impressed. The meals were great but it was the service that made the night for us. Our waiter was so professional and seemed to really care about our food and our comfort.
Our only compliant was that the table was very tiny and the music loud and intrusive to a nice romantic dinner.
As has typically been the case, our recent experience at Easy Bistro was delightful. Excellent, friendly service combined with creative and most tasty cuisine, enhanced by a good selection of adult beverages made for an outstanding Valentine's evening for me and my wife.
Nice place, brisk service, good food, dimly lit with what seems to be an active bar crowd.
The service was terrific and the food was very good. We ate brunch with friends. We ordered just about everything in the brunch menu, and everyone enjoyed their meal.
This place was awesome on all aspects. Food quality, creative menu, service were all excellent. The duck pastrami appetizer was fantastic. Duck confit, PEI and James River oysters all perfect. Ask for B.B. to be your server. She is great.
We were seated promptly at the tables along the back wall. We were so close to other diners however that it was hard to have your own conversation for hearing all of their conversations. The servers also had to stand in between the tables putting their backsides awkwardly inches from your food and drink. Otherwise, we enjoyed the meal tremendously. My husband had the steak frites with fries and I had the brisket with crushed potatoes. Both were beautifully presented and delicious.
Great food. Took my daughter for dinner. Hard to beat anywhere
The food and service were OK, certainly not bad, but the noise level was ridiculous. Also, the lighting is dreadful, one cannot read the menu without a flashlight. Perhaps this is the "mood" they are going for but its not very practical.
First class service and food. Creative menu and execution. Favors with a "wow."
We went here on a recommendation from a local. We found the food to be delicious ~ not exactly what I was expecting. It was more comfort food, a little heavy, but the portions were smaller and the salads were a nice accompaniment. It's a lovely room. Enjoyable evening all around.
Best brunch in Chattanooga, always have a great experience, eggs norwegian is so incredable tha my eyes roll back into my head every time a take a bite. Excellent chef ,kitchen and service, It reminds me of Brennen's in the french quarter, maybe better!
Excellent as always! Erik and his team kill it everytime!
One of the best restaurants in the southeast.
