The fried chicken sandwich was excellent. And the breaded pudding was the best in town.

One of my favourite restaurants in downtown Chattanooga. Tonight the service was a little slow - but we had raw oysters - fresh, and tartare - tasty, but under portioned compared to previous experiences. The steaks and block sirloin were cooked perfectly. The sides were excellent with the exception of frites that were slightly overlooked. Enjoyable time and a great downtown location.

Hostess made us feel very welcome and we were seated in a good location within the restaurant. Server very knowledgeable about menu and described each dish to us in detail making us want all of items on menu. Presentation most appealing and food was delicious. Staff knew were were going to the show at the Tivoli and mad sure we had adequate time. Lovely evening!!!

We LOVE Easy Bistro and dine there whenever we are in Chattanooga. Their food is first rate; we especially like their oysters with Mignonette sauce. We lucked out as our last visit was on a Thursday and Blue points were just 50 cents!!! I won't tell you how many we ate, but we did save room for the duck confit, which was luscious! They have a great selection of wine, well-curated, and not the "same old" stuff you find most places.

Really cute restaurant. Upscale feel. Was recommended as a great gluten free option, but our waitress couldn't give us any information on gluten free options on the brunch menu. She confidently answered 4-5 questions regarding the menu having gluten vs not having gluten and had to come back to tell us the opposite answer later. It's fine not to know - but willingness to ask the kitchen is important, even if it takes time. Meal ended up being outstanding once we figured out what was and wasn't safe for my dad to eat, would absolutely go again. Just double check if you have any food allergies. Amazing location.

Always a great experience at Easy. We go here every week for brunch. The food is always outstanding, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend the pastry assortment. Best biscuit EVER. The other pastries are always to die for as well.

I was in Chattanooga and wanted an authentically crafted dinner and a nice glass of wine. Easy Bistro was all of that and more. The service was perfect -- there when I needed them, but not hovering or obtrusive. I was treated to an on-the-house aperitif called and Apple Shrug, followed by and amuse buche of butternut squash purée with a delicious dust of seasoning. I ordered a few oysters to get started, then had the duck confit, which was amazing. I look forward to my next trip to Chattanooga and another memorable meal at Easy.

I always enjoy the food here. It is always tasty and the seafood is excellent. You can tell the effort that is put into selection and preparation. My only problem is the noise level. Sound echos off the cement walls and it gets very loud.

This was my second ever visit based on how good it was last year. Brought a new friend with me this time. Delighted to say it has only got better. Service was absolutely perfect, attentive but not intrusive. Once again their food was delicious and the drink menu is brilliant. we were both able to find exactly what we wanted.

Food is great!!! Mussels are incredible!!!

Steaks and scallops were fantastic.

Martinis 🍸 are tiny. Served in a cordial after dinner drink glass. Other drinks are very liberally served.

Wines are very nice by glass & good selections.

Day of reservation, midweek. Seated on time, nice reuse of building downtown. Well presented oysters, delicious scallops, good drinks. Server regularly disappeared for 10-20 minutes increments, despite having a single other table. Server left ticket/tab at table and I put my card down before he walked away and he kept on walking, taking 20+ minutes before returning to pick it up, citing, "a mix up at the bar." Yet, in that 20+ minutes I'd seen him in the back fiddling about, in and out of the dining floor, and return to his single other table multiple times. Thankfully, a nice other server or busser did stop by to speak with me several times, since at least he noticed how poorly the server was attending his only other customer.

Overall it was just an okay experience. Overall I think it tries to be more than what it really needs or can be. The cornbread and biscuit starter, for the price, should have been warm but instead both were served cold. The biscuit had a pepper flavor to it and it threw the whole taste experience off. The large slice of cornbread, served almost like it had been refrigerated, was disappointing to say the least. The shrimp & grits were quite tasty bt the NY Strip, which I ordered medium, was served medium very-well with no pink to be found. The Smore's dessert is a 2 inch thick chocolate goo with melted marshmallows and a flavored cookie. I asked for a soft drink and had to wait a very long time for it. When I asked the waiter if he had forgotten about it he stated he had the glass ready but had to wait on someone else to actually pour the drink into the glass. Shortly thereafter a young lady did come over with the bottle of Sprite, poured the glass, and then left but took the bottle with her. Very confusing why a bottle of wine gets left at the table but a 12oz bottle of Sprite does not. One starter, two entrees, two desserts, one Sprite, and tap water totalled just under $90. While the architecture of the building is nice the food, not the experience, live up to the hype.

Easy is one of our perennial favorites and we're never disappointed. We brought a NY winery owner as our guest this time and he was extremely happy with the food, wine and service. The weather was wonderful and we had a delightful table outside to enjoy the nighttime sights and sounds of downtown Chattanooga. Our server Robin was really knowledgeable not just of the food menu but also of the wine list and pairings. It's obvious a lot of time goes into staff training. A imminently memorable evening--isn't that what a great restaurant should offer?
