   Started with poppadoms and pickes, (choice of 8 pickles). I had the Lamb Saag which was to die for and my husband had the Chicken Chilli ? which was equally as good. Although slightly more than we have paid at other Indians it was well worth the money. We had a table booked for 8.30 and didn't sit down until 9 as they were so busy but the service was excellent so this was soon forgiven. Next time we're in Manchester we'll definitely be back!

   We made a last minute reservation late in the afternoon for dinner on a Saturday night and despite the restaurant being very busy (people were waiting 45 minutes for a table as 'drop ins') we were seated immediately for our 9.15pm sitting. This is our second visit to East Z East and the food, service and atmosphere was as excellent as ever. For authentic Indian cuisine in the city centre this is the best choice!
