    I got lunch while working at East Town and I would absolutely do it again. It was quiet and not busy, was able to grab a parking spot close and there were others working at the bar as well. I got the seasonal pumpkin bisque and and a caesar salad. The soup was so good I would eat it year round. The caesar wasn’t anything to write home about, but I’d just order a different salad. The young lady behind the bar was very friendly and was attentive to all of the patrons at the bar. Like I said in the beginning, I’ll definitely do lunch there again.

    Kayla was excellent. Food was awful. Salmon had no seasoning and sweet cream/fennel was cold. Iron steak was not seasoned at all and cold. Disappointed at this place.

    It seemed like they were swamped but didn't look like they were swamped. Meaning it was very frantic but the place wasn't packed or anything like that. VERY loud restaurant. Tough to have a conversation. Floor was sticky like you'd expect in a college town bar. Kind of just a weird experience overall. With so many options, I doubt we'd be back for a while.

    Brunch was a disappointment. Not only were we not told that it would only be a buffet style service, but the cost was not disclosed and $55 for luke warm food that would get served at a 2 star restaurant was unacceptable.

    Great service and nice variety of drinks, but there were almost no options for me as a pescatarian. I would only recommend to meat-eaters or folks looking for drinks.

    The restaurant was mostly empty. Maybe a total of 8 tables were occupied. We were sat instantly which was great BUT then after being sat, we waited about 10 mins before the server even greeted us. I promptly ordered a Bloody Mary. The server then came back and told us they were out of bloody mix (on New Year’s Day brunch) so I asked for a second to decide on an alternative option. We waited 22 mins and our server never came back. He walked by us several times and served others, as well as stood around chatting with coworkers. We just got up and left. Restrooms were also dirty and out of soap and air freshener. Management needs to step in. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very poor first impression, especially for a relatively empty restaurant.

    Reservation was at 745. We got there at 7. Hostess would not sit us. Told us to come back in 20. We come back and she said it’s an additional 20 min wait as she gave away other tables. Do not make a reservation! It is all first come first serve. Reservations will not be honored.

    The chicken sandwich is one of the best around! But, the All American breakfast is lacking and expensive. This is a nice restaurant, so I recommend that they remove the All American item from their menu or re-do the quality.

    Ate dinner here on a Tuesday night before a Rep show because it's in walking distance of the theater so therefore easy to eat and then run over to see the show. They appeared to be short staffed with no-one at the hosting stand in the entryway and a somewhat frazzled waiter seating me and hurriedly wiping down my dirty table. He apologized profusely and honestly he was the best part of the evening, because he was doing his best to give me and all the other people he was serving the best possible experience despite appearing to be alone in the front of the house along with a solitary bartender behind the bar. I ordered the salmon with Brussel sprouts dinner. The food was hot when it came out and the salmon was tender and done appropriately. I didn't feel the mustard glaze was exceptional but it was adequate. The Brussel sprouts were cut in half, not seasoned with anything interesting, and quite mushy, but I ate them. The meal was like something your elderly aunt would make you and you eat it and it's "ok" but not at all anything you'd go out of your way to replicate on your own. From the bar, I ordered a cocktail with bourbon in it that was on their very limited cocktail menu-the only bourbon cocktail. It was ok but not terribly memorable. I saw a bottle of Smoke Wagon bourbon behind the bar and had an ounce of that after dinner. The bourbon selection was indeed impressive. So, there's that. I did sit at a high-top table in the bar area, which, if you are hoping to watch a game during dinner, you will have at least 6 televisions around you so you can see anything from any vantage point. As for myself, I absolutely hate a restaurant or bar that has TV's. If I want to watch TV, I'll stay home. But, I know I'm not in the majority, so I totally respect other's wishes to go out and watch TV. I will not plan on returning to this restaurant or bar due to the short staffing, the profusion of TV's, and the mediocre food, especially when Amilinda is only 3 doors down.

    For a hotel bar/restaurant this is a very well done experience. There are some nuances to the menu, like no entrees being labeled gluten free when several of them are or can be made GF, but it is a small and easy to choose from menu. The service was great and perfect for a nice sit down experience.

    A friend told me about East Town early August, and I have been twice this month! The staff is super kind, the atmosphere is chic yet relaxed with tons of space, and the food is tasty. I’ve only had the chicken + cereal pancakes (subbed the waffles). The crunch on the chicken has me in a cholk hold!!! I’m a fan.

    Mac and Cheese was terrible but shockingly good fried chicken sandwich and hamburger for a hotel bar and restaurant. Very clean and modern look, nice staff, prices not unreasonable.

    Overall it was a great experience. Our server was a little slow but the food was fantastic. We wanted to grab dinner and the guys wanted to be able to watch the basketball games which there were plenty of TVs for that.
