When we showed up at the restaurant it was closed so unable to dine there. Not sure what’s the issue.

I booked a reservation for my dad’s 65th birthday. When my family and l got there there was a sign on the door that said they were “temporarily closed”. There was no reason why. I think it is rather rude and inconsiderate they didn’t call to let us know! We will not be going back! Thankful Montana’s, across the street, fit us in and even gave my dad a free dessert! :)

I booked this restaurant weeks ago, only to show up and see that it was closed for renovations. So I was stuck on a Friday evening trying to find an alternative restaurant to celebrate a birthday at 5:00pm. Not pleased. Notification would have been greatly appreciated or a message stating the restaurant is not taking reservations for the time being.

Well - this location has been temporarily closed until further notice; and yet I was able to reserve a table for lunch today. Maybe the restaurant should have informed OpenTable and also post on their corporate website that this particular location is currently closed. This would avoid patrons from trying to visit this establishment and save them the time and hassle of discovering this inconvenience upon arriving to this location. Very disappointed.

We made a reservation for the wellington location and when we got there we found out it was closed. We scrambled to find something else nice for dinner before so we did not miss our evening event. Very disappointed that we could not have been alerted that this location is currently closed
