   They did not accept this reservation. Luckily I called to double check and they said they do not accept reservations on Thursday Friday or Saturday. If you use this app CALL THE RESTAURANT TO CONFIRM THE RESERVATION!!!

   Upon arrival the host told us we didn’t have a reservation and that it would be at least 20mins for a table. We assured him we did as we had the app info as well as confirmation email as proof. He then proceeded to tell us that it was invalid as they weren’t supposed to be takin reservations... we advised that they did and we have one and they should honor it - and again we were told there is nothing he could do. We then requested to speak to a manager. After a brief wait the host returned and said never mind, we have a table, my manager said I was wrong. We were then taken to a table at the back side/corner of the bar. The host was apologetic and polite at this point. Our waitress then came and took our drink order, she was very rushed and impatient. It took a long time for our drinks to come and our waitress still forgot one of them. When one of the drinks came from the bar it looked entirely different, we asked the waitress if this was the correct drink. She advised “yes, it’s what you ordered but we’re using a a different juice because we ran out of the required one and the replacement one looks entirely different but doesn’t taste any different” ... we decided not to make a big deal of it and kept the drink - which for the record did not taste the same. This info should have been disclosed at the time of ordering. The rest of the meal the waitress checked in w couple of times but essentially said “everything good” as she walked by, we had to call her to come back so we could actually speak to her. The food was good and as expected - no complaints. Overall absolutely terrible customer service; I would not recommend going here. If you want GREAT food And service go to Moose Winooskis which is not even 2 minutes away

   Had a wonderful time at this ESM. Service and food was quick. Great value! Will dine there again.

   On arrival, the restaurant said they no longer receive reservation through an online service and that I should have never got a reply email because their iPad was not even plugged in. But sometimes that happens. Food was typical East sides. But don't expect to get a table if its busy and you think you made a reservation, they could have cared less.

   Great for a group (like any East Side's), but you should note that even though Open Table will take a reservation for you on a weekend for this location, it WILL NOT actually be recorded or accepted by the restaurant. We made a reservation for a group (15) on Open Table for a Saturday at 5:00 and when we arrived they said they never take weekend reservations (even though they are aware that Open Table still books them). We were lucky it was early so they fit us in, but don't book a reservation here on a weekend through Open Table!

   My party and i were informed that Eastside Marios has been in touch with your tech dept. and wish to cease using open table for reservations on weekends to allow more walk-ins. I would appreciate a notice from open table if thats goin to continue so i can make a decision to continue using this app. Thank you for the discount nonetheless.
