The service is hit or miss at this location. The last few times have been fantastic but this time, it was mediocre. I had ordered both a garlic loaf and a salad with my meal as it’s all you can eat. The salad never actually came, when we received our food, the runner asked us if we needed anything else, we asked for a dipping sauce & that had never came. We had to ask a different waitress for a refill as our waitress barely came to check on us. Like I said, previous times the service is outstanding so just decide on your own.

Got to the restaurant for my 6:30 reservation, ordered and then waited until 8pm and was then told my food still wouldn't be ready for another half hour. So I left

Food was okay. Chicken parm was overcooked and so were our kids meals. Food took a very long time. Service was great though.

Our server was not the greatest and we were there for my son's 11th birthday. They kept forgetting things and were rushing us to leave. He gave two people the wrong meal and when he put down the cake he forgot cuttlery and plates. He also didn't know whose birthday it was. He just was extremely forgetful and just not a good experience.

We waited 2 hours for our food - ended up leaving and they brought our food in a bag as I was literally putting coat on. It was busy. But it took 30mins for a drink and 1.5hrs for them to bring the salad. Regardless, that's not acceptable. My kids food must have been sitting because it was luke warm at best when it came out. Manager did try to rectify the situation which I was grateful for you but even still...ruined our night.

Exceptional service and the food was delicious. Even on a busy night our server was attentive and personable. We had a large group of 11 people and he engaged with every single person at the table. 10/10
