   Had to wait nearly an hour for 2 orders. Issues in kitchen! Food was great

   We had six for a birthday lunch. Service was very slow. One dinner arrived with a long hair in the food. Waitress did offer another meal but it was declined as this puts your appetite off. Used plates were not cleared from the table making it difficult to find space for new items. Waitress was friendly but slow. Maybe they were under staffed? My meal, Chicken Parmesan was very good and enough quantity to take home for another meal.

   Friendly staff. Everyone was happy with their food. There were a few order issues but overall happy with the dining experience

   Reservation made via open table not recognized by hostess - my guests were told they did not take reservations but I received a confirmation that one was made and when I arrived I watched the hostess open it up on a tablet but made no comment on making my guests wait. Did not have table ready nor did I get the requested high to seating. Waitress was good but very busy and made a couple of small errors on bills but it worked out - 2 bills for 8 people. Everyone enjoyed the food and had a good time. Staff needs to be trained on how open table works.

   Food was good for the most part and the server was very friendly and attentive. However the wait times for meals etc were too long considering it wasnt even busy at that time
