Friday & Saturday
Dinner: 5pm -11pm
Great menu. Seafood is done really well here. Steaks are done expertly. Service is good. Gets a little loud, but since that's the worst of it, I highly recommend.
We had a fantastic time! Highly recommend 😊
Disappointing. The food was just average. 4 friends getting together. Each order different but all found food "nothing special." 1. hamburger 2. scallops 3. salmon 4. branzin
Weeknight 6pm reservation. Not noisy.
We love this place. Had one issue with our order that was quickly resolved.
Great food at a decent price. Outside seating quieter than inside although flies were a bit of a bother. Initial service when seated was prompt and attentive. As more people were seated, prompt service was lacking and my drink reorder during appetizer didn't come until I was done with the entree despite several reminders. I would still return as the food is well worth it.
The service was fantastic. The food was very good and the portion size was generous. Overall a very good dinning experience.
We really enjoyed our dinner and were pleased to be told that all the fish served is wild. Farmed fished is a huge turn off and it was nice to have a number of choices. service was fantastic. we enjoyed the wild salmon entree and burrata salad. both were great. the banana bread dessert was excellent.
This was my second time at East Coast. I ordered Shrimp and clam fettuccine, it was good, but not amazing. I would still go back because everyone else in my party loved their food. I really liked our waitress, she was professionall and friendly.
The food was great. The server was excellent
This place isn’t exactly quiet, so keep this in mind if you’re looking for a quiet date night spot. We were here for our anniversary, and the wait staff went out of their way to help us find a quiet table. Food was great...the calamari (slathered in a sweet/spicy sauce) and grilled oysters were fantastic. My wife had the branzino and loved it. I had the blackened mahi. The fish was superb; however I could have done with half the bed of relish and pickled cabbage. A good risotto would have gone better with the fish in my opinion, with the relish/cabbage as a side garnish. Overall however, a great meal, outstanding service, and we’ll definitely visit again.
Reserved a table for 8 for brunch, which was super easy. Arrived 15” early & they sat us right away!! Our waitress was excellent, and the food was delicious! Great experience, thank you!
Phenomenal service and the food was excellent!
My husband and I came here for the first time for our first anniversary and we weren’t disappointed! We came late on a Saturday at 9:00 pm and it was not so crowded so it was quiet enough for easy conversation. The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful! The inside is very cute and different and we were sat by the windows which made it great for people watching.
This restaurant has the feel of Northern VA or DC. Lots of glass so open views, young energetic staff, interesting food choices and good cocktails.
Beautiful restaurant and an amazing staff! Food was excellent! I’d recommend getting appetizers and passing them around to get the full variety of food they offer. Great for a date ;) Get the grilled salmon as well!
One of my go to favorites. Consistently great experience.
Food was good as was service. However, it was so noisy that we could not carry on a conversation at our table.
The crab cake Benny is wonderful; pure crab meat! Gracious service too.
Service was good but took a while for drinks to be delivered to the table. Not sure why considering it was not that busy
Great except for always being bugged for a review
Very noisy. The food was excellent though!
We(two couples) really enjoyed East End. We will be back again soon.
Best restaurant we have visited in Richmond! The grilled rockfish and the branzino were outstanding. The oyster sampler was outstanding. The service was outstanding. Will probably go back again this week.
Amazing food. Very cool decor/atmosphere. Awesome service.
At first, we were seated next to a table with several loud talkers. We asked if we could be be seated in a quieter area. The hostess quickly returned and seated us in a room with other two top tables in a smaller room.
Our waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly.
The food was delicious.
Service and food were excellent. Attention to detail in meals and presentation.
There were three hosts standing there when I walked in for my reservation. Not one of them said hello. Not one of them offered to help until I stood there for several minutes. The restaurant was half empty and they proceeded to tell us to sit in the bar because the table they had holding for us was not yet empty. I’ve worked In The service industry before and get you have to fill tables in a specific way but when you are not busy and you tell someone with a reservation they have to wait for that one specific table....that’s just not accommodating service. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were nice but service was terribly slow - again the place was half empty. Food amazing, cocktails good and bartenders were so nice and apologetic. Restaurant simply cannot manage or handle many people all at once. It was a Friday night and it seamed like they couldn’t manage being half full.
One of our favorite places in RVA! Never a complaint!
Everything was delicious! The heart of palm “calamari” was outstanding, especially the dipping sauces. The grilled oysters were tasty. For entrees we ordered the crab cakes and surf & turf. The potatoes that came with surf & turf were the star of the meal. They were heaven sent.
Recommended by a coworker to try in Carytown. The sliders that were part of the happy hour were delish! I imagine their burgers have to be on par with those. The potatoes aligot were so good, I’d never officially had them before
We had a great time
Colette was our server and she was amazing! My husband’s dinner was taken by another server and Colette made sure another was rushed out but still perfect. She gave him a free beer and half off his meal!
Everyone’s dinner was beautifully executed and really delicious! We will be back!
Unique flavors. We went for some seafood . The oysters were delicious. I had a west coast sushi roll and was disappointed . Supposed to have spicy tuna inside. Nothing spicy about it. I would skip the sushi here next time and try another dish. Cocktails were great
Food and service was great but, very noisy. We sat upstairs. It may be better downstairs or outside.
Delicious local food!! Love the location, atmosphere, and most importantly, the menu. Amazing seafood!! Crab cakes were a hit and so were the scallops.
Took my parents here for Father's Day and we ordered an array of appetizers and sushi rolls to share. They enjoyed every bite and can't wait to return. The calamari is unlike any we've ever had; great flavor in the sauce they use.
Food was delicious. Environment fantastic. Decor nice. Server was pleasant, failed to place my main course, so I had to wait while everyone had there main courses. I guess...it happens. We'll def be back to try again. Would love to try the lunch menu.
Father’s Day brunch
This was my first time attending East Coast Provisions and I will be back. The food was innovative and delicious. Portion sizes aren’t huge, but they are enough to leave you feeling satisfied. We had the calamari to start and it was wonderful. The samba honey lime sauce makes this dish.
For the main course we had the scallops, salmon, crab legs and NY strip. They were all perfectly cooked and the sides complemented the meals perfectly.
Dessert was the one area that was good, but not wow. We had the donuts which were tasty but a little over fried. The key lime gelato was a little over churned. Overall though, the meal was excellent. The cocktails were tasty as well.
The restaurant has a cute atmosphere, but it is on the noisy side, so be prepared.
