We both had Italian dishes-one penne vodka w chicken and one pasta e fagoli. Also one order of 2 fish tacos. Fish tacos ok, but two Italian dishes not as well as what we have had here before. Is the real intent toget rid of Pizzico people are being sent away. Hope not.

This is the second time I have been to this restaurant and I am underwhelmed. My son was perfectly happy with his burger and my daughter with her stuffies and crab cakes. I ordered the scallops and asked that they leave out the tomatoes and substitute any other vegetable. No sub which was not a big deal but only 3 scallops which isn't much of a main course for $27.00. My husband had the salmon and thought it was okay but it was supposed to include white beans in the dish and there weren't any. Our waiter did bring out some after he asked but the service was very slow on a night when empty tables were visible. It's a nice but not remarkable restaurant and I can get a much better value elsewhere.

The East Bay Oyster bar is Pizzico re-badged. The ownership remains the same. They apparently felt that having two restaurants with the same name was problematic so made a change. The menu was pretty much the same as the previous Pizzico with a few oyster themed add-ons. I had the lobster poutine. Ok, I tried it because it sounded a bit bizarre and, in fact, it was. Some how lobster, goat cheese and french fires with a white sauce just didn't work as poutine but I give them credit for trying. My guests had much more standard dishes and loved them. Needs a bit more re-branding work but remains a good Barrington dining staple.

Had a gift certificate for East Bay Oyster Bar. Had heard good reviews so we were looking forward to our visit. The experience exceeded our expectations. We had a decently priced bottle of wine and delicious dinners. We started with the Pear/Gorgonzola salad which was split for us (plenty for 2). I had the Thai Salmon and my husband had the Chicken Parm. Both equally yummy!! Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back!!

First time at this location...I've been to Pizzico on Hope St. many times. I enjoyed the different atmosphere & the menu was great -lots of good choices. I especially enjoyed the use of local food (farm to table). Looking forward to going again. I've already passed the word on to my other foodie friends & family.

Was a little confused as Open Table still lists the name as Pizzico but the sign outside reads East Bay Oyster Bar (or something like that) and was THRILLED that they maintained the same core menu items from Pizzico ( or at least the ones I love the most!!)

As usual, we had a great meal at Pizzico, now called the East Bay Oyster House. We started with a special pizza with lobster and asparagus, which was magnificent. Their branzini with shrimp risotto was delicious, and very satisfying. The grilled scallops were also perfectly cooked and seasoned. The decision between choosing specials and ordering old favorites is always tough, but you can't go wrong there, and all the food is served by friendly, helpful waitstaff. We always have a great experience there.

Was a little confused because we had made a reservation for Pizzico but the restaurant had changed its name to the East Bay Oyster Bar. We were disappointed that they did not take the certificates that we received when they had a special offer. They did not say that you could only use one at a time when they gave them to us. Food was nicely prepared but the flank steak was a little tough.

Appetizers came out on time. Dinner was a long wait. Waitress explained that they were short handed and that a chef cut his finger. Entrees were very good. Had to ask for the crispy prosciutto and field greens w/vinaigrette listed in the description. Waitress brought the prosciutto but told us they were out of the greens and told us it was a small portion anyway. Really? Two of us ordered the entree, bring us a xsmall salad for the errors and long wait. Offer a dessert as a thanks for our patience. Also, we had a hard time finding the place because they go by two names (oyster something). Bottom line...nice menu, tasty food but poor customer service overall. Too bad.
