   A cute place in North Melbourne that serves South-East Asian food with a twist, with bookcases sitting in corners. We ordered the Potato Fritters ($9 ea), 5-star Chooken ($25), Steak ($42), and a half-dozen Oysters ($33), all with a 2023 Orbis Fiano Bottle ($80) that came highly recommended by the staff. We had to wait a bit to get the mains (steak and chicken), but it was well worth it, as the chicken with honey was the star of the night. I hope they manage to space out the serving so you don't wait long for the next dish. A great place for food and wine. They have live jazz on Thursdays, not too loud tho, allowing you to enjoy your evening.

   Everything was so good! We opted for the set menu and got to try most of the dishes and loved them all. Nice cocktails and wine list too. Thanks for having us :)

   Food was amazing for the price: Eggplant and Tartare were the standouts, cannot wait to come back again!

   I’ve been sleeping on this place for too long. Food slapped, staff were incredibly engaging and the jazzy treats topped it off.

   I recently went with two other friends for dinner. The menu is really odd, only available on a chalk board that you can't actually see from all of the seating. We had to take a photo of the menu and keep referring back to it. It was a really odd menu and not at all cohesive. The Food We shared some oysters with coconut cream on top which tasted odd. The frittas with banana ketchup were great but the one our friend got was pretty burnt and hard to bite into. The asparagus was bland with not much flavour and whilst the chips were great the gravy was a watery mess with zero taste. The Rest The concept for this place is cool and the interiors are really lovely, seating is comfy. The music is way too loud, we couldn't hear each other half the time and there is a real lack of sound management generally for such a small space. The waiter assisting our table forgot multiple things we can ordered. The Verdict Overall it was a bit disappointing and I don't think we will be back.

   Lovely experience and food. Staff were super helpful and easy to converse with. Food was amazing, blue mackerel was a hit

    My fiancé and I have been wanting to try this spot for a while as we picked up the good vibes and unique ambiance. Boy did this place deliver - from the cool and friendly staff, to the unique dishes and curated wine list. We will definitely be going back for more special date nights. We couldn’t have picked a better spot to celebrate a special evening and cannot wait to recommend to our friends and family
