I come here pretty often after work wnd have a good time with my friend, staff is friendly but the place is a little dated in the "ambiance" department

The food was served cold, the sweet potato fries were ICE cold! The tacos sounded great on paper, no flavor.

I have been to many other Earls but this one was not great, I didn’t get part of my meal (waited over an hr to find out order not made). It was a very poor experience. And some of our party had GI upset today after going. Will not go back to this location

I’ve been to the Sherway location a few times and had a great experience there each time. This was unfortunately poor in comparison. It was extremely loud, there was some type of mishap with our order resulting in us waiting over an hour for our food and nothing was offered to compensate us. When we asked, the manager asked us what we wanted and suggested a salad. We asked about an appetizer that we could share and, again, she asked us what we wanted instead of suggesting something. The menus were long gone at this point. She finally suggested a few appetizers and we picked one. The food was good and was the best part of the experience. However, the noise level was extremely high and we found ourselves yelling to one another to be heard. We were also seated right behind the hostess and there was a lot of banging around as they wiped menus which was very disruptive and at one point a mint came flying over onto our table which fortunately didn’t land in anyone’s food or drink. No one noticed or apologized. This location would benefit from hospitality training for their staff. I will likely stick to the Sherway location if I visit an Earl’s again.

Food was very good and our waitress was very attentive. We made a reservation for 6:45 pm and the front reception was very slow in seating us eventhough the restaurant was empty. Seemed quite disinterested. Asked about my reservation twice. The area in the lounge where we were seated, the floor near us was filthy. Hadn’t been swept. Expected more from Earl’s.

We were placed at our table and our waiter told us he would return to take our order. He took a very long time, people who were seated after us were being attended to faster and more often than we were. They even got their food before us. The scenery was nice however there were a lot of little dandelions flying around the place. The warm spinach three cheese dip was good but the ciabatta bread was very hard.

Well, for first the mashed potato was way too salty and then at the end of the night when the server came over with the bill, she asked me if we were a couple me and the guy that was sitting at the table and I said no and then she proceeded to ask if I am his mom Not sure what that was all about

Except the fact that our server didn’t advise that’s the flat bottled water was a fee to pay the food was amazing as always, server was attentive and quick. Resto was great and will def come back and I will recommend to other no doubt. Thank you and thank you to mgmt for the card for my son.
