Food was very good and our waitress was very attentive. We made a reservation for 6:45 pm and the front reception was very slow in seating us eventhough the restaurant was empty. Seemed quite disinterested. Asked about my reservation twice. The area in the lounge where we were seated, the floor near us was filthy. Hadn’t been swept. Expected more from Earl’s.

We were placed at our table and our waiter told us he would return to take our order. He took a very long time, people who were seated after us were being attended to faster and more often than we were. They even got their food before us. The scenery was nice however there were a lot of little dandelions flying around the place. The warm spinach three cheese dip was good but the ciabatta bread was very hard.

Well, for first the mashed potato was way too salty and then at the end of the night when the server came over with the bill, she asked me if we were a couple me and the guy that was sitting at the table and I said no and then she proceeded to ask if I am his mom Not sure what that was all about

Except the fact that our server didn’t advise that’s the flat bottled water was a fee to pay the food was amazing as always, server was attentive and quick. Resto was great and will def come back and I will recommend to other no doubt. Thank you and thank you to mgmt for the card for my son.

Experience over all was great, food was good as well, just not the regular earls experience will most likely be coming back, thank you for having us earls, just sad to see you guys didn’t give us the same experience as our other visits.

Very disappointed with my last experience at this location. Service was slow as I was sitting on the patio and to be fair maybe the server was overwhelmed with the number of table she had. They didn’t have any bottled water and she didn’t even add ice to the lukewarm/warm water that was sitting outside I had the steak and tortellini which I had to send back because of the temperature as it was cold, indicating that has been sitting for a while crab cake entrée was decent, although I wouldn’t order that again. Overall, a lacklustre experience, and I will not be at this location in a very long time if ever
