    My birthday experience was amazing at Earls Kitchen. It was my first time eating at Earls the food was amazing nothing short of flavour, my sure chef Ramses would be impressed. Flavour and presentation is key and temperature, with that said I definitely will be back not just for my birthday but when I want a little something savoury. Only thing I wish would be the music just turn down to a ear comfort level and it would be super spectacular. And the server took way too long to check my table out to pay the bill that had me really annoyed, I waited 25 to 30 minutes waiting to pay my bill and that sucks because this place really deserves a 10/10 and the women's bathroom had no tissue in both stales. That’s a little disappointing especially for us women who may need to change their feminine product and there’s no tissue. That would ruin my night for sure. But all in all overall experience was an 8.4.

    First time that I go to this location and was dissatisfied in the lack of service and level of hospitality. I made a reservation ahead of time and the hostess was very bossy and warned us that we only had 1.5 hours to eat, as there was another reservation coming up. Even though that it was a Wednesday and not even Dinner service, the way that she told us this was not polite. I understand that you need your table back but we weren’t a walk in. Second the server (Emma) took our order wrong and gave us a different dish. I tried to let her know about this situation immediately but she didn’t checked on us at all, even we were raising our hands to get her attention it looked like she completely forgot about us. So when she finally came to our table we told her about this mistake, but since I was starving I started to eat the food and she didn’t apologize. Also when ordered our drinks they took a long time, they got lost somewhere in the bar. Our server never asked us if we wanted dessert or something else. When we asked for the check she immediately gave it to us. She looked relieved that she got rid of our table. The food is very descent but they need to step up their game in service. They need to be more welcoming.

    I rarely go to restaurants and usually they leave me pretty cold but this was most pleasant. We were quite thrilled with the food, the corner we were sitting in was cozy, the sound level is relatively mild, the service is excellent. The complimentary nachos are a super cool touch as well.

    My friends and I sat by the window, which was a lovely and charming spot. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. However, the service was disappointing. The server didn’t seem very welcoming, and we felt uncomfortable during our visit. She appeared upset or irritated, though we weren’t sure why. This was surprising, as it was the first time I experienced this kind of hospitality at Earls after visiting about eight times. Until now, I’ve always had positive experiences.

    Delicious breakfast!! Loved the potato stack with the eggs, the atmosphere was relaxing and beautifully decorated. Being an artist, I loved your selection of paintings. Great service, thank you so much!

    Never again! Our waiter was inattentive and took way too long to take our order. The food was mediocre at best. A few of us ordered this wagyu sushi dish that the waiter said was amazing and it was tasteless! The music was bad and too loud. Many choices in Yorkville, Earl’s was not a good one.

    I’m a forever fan of Earls and I make sure to review you every time because every time it’s a wonderful experience. I don’t usually come in early, but my friend was in town so it was very quiet. We got there at opening. Always a friendly greeting, the perfect table and this time I had Alicia. She was wonderful, very accommodating quietly attentive, and our meal was delicious.

    What a lively and delicious time my friends and I had at happy hour yesterday. It was delightful even though we’re all seniors and the music quite loud. It wasn’t a problem at all. We had top notch drinks, lots of good food from the happy hour list including both types of ribs, pizza and truffle fries. Our server was lovely. I can’t remember her name right now because I’m old, but she’s excellent, knowledgeable and very fun. See you again!
