Server was super professional and polite. She was taking care of a lot of tables but made sure she kept bringing me iced tea refills without even asking. She was awesome and The food was great!
I am just really sad you took Chicken & Waffles off the brunch menu. I used to visit every weekend for this reason only, and now I will have to find somewhere else to go (sad).
During this difficult covid period it was a pleasure to be able to take time out at the restaurant.

The food was good overall, but there were changes to the ingredients in some of the menu items. In this case, the price should be lowered if cheaper items are being used to cut cost. There were 10 people allowed in the restaurant and we still had to sit there and wait around for a server. There were 4 servers at the other end of the restaurant, standing around and talking.
Made us wait 3.5 hours for a table even though we were next in the wait line. Kept telling us no one was leaving even though we were sitting right in front of the door and people were leaving all the time and other were being let in before us. Was my wife’s birthday and the manager said we were lying and that it wasn’t her birthday. I’ve been here over 30 times and consider myself to be a regular but was treated despicably by the manager and hostess.

Excellent place. Drinks were perfect. Our waitress however did a poor job of giving us the proper attention. She spent long periods of time chatting up other tables where there were groups of men and always took super long to check in on us or fulfill our requests. The negligence from the waitress was clear to everyone sitting at our table.

ENJOYED EATING INDOORS DESPITE SEATING RESTRICTIONS DUE TO COVID 19. LATTEE COFFEE WAS NOT USUAL DUE MACHINE PROBLEMS BUT IT WAS TAKEN OFF OUR BILL.

Our server was terrible . It took 40 mins between our drink to take our order . Then our food came and we had it for ten minutes without cutlery had to actually get up and go get some . Then he dropped off our bill and was just hanging out chatting at the bar for forever that we had to go up and pay . Very poor service from our server

The patio heaters were too hot and it made it uncomfortable. Server did not offer for us to go inside when we asked about turning the heaters down, so we paid for our wine and left without ordering food.

It’s was boring because of the limited seats outside due to Covid restrictions. Our server was great .
Food was average and ambience was ok. Only problem, we made a group reservation for a table of 5 and were told we could wait for a table or sit at a table for 4 people. We chose the table for 4 with the intention of moving to a bigger of it became available which we were told we could. That never happened and we even asked after if it was possible to move but It never happened. Really disappointing considering we made a reservation for 5. Our waiter was really good and very friendly though.
They have a perfect patio, great atmosphere, Very nice and warm, also comfortable. Our server was very friendly, polite and she made sure everything was okay.
Even though this crazy circumstance, we could enjoy dining here and would love to go back soon.
The patio was freezing. The food was cold quickly due the freezing temperature outside. The waitress brought me a mug for tea that had a lipstick stain on it. Gross!
Not ideal situation these days especially outdoor dining..was pretty chilly despite the overhead lamps. Service with Simone was excellent.

There were spaced out heaters but it was still very cold. Many customers were constantly requesting to be moved. If the restaurant could fix the heating situation on the patio to make it even warmer, it would be more enjoyable to dine at. This feedback is especially valuable during covid restrictions where indoor dining is temporarily banned.
Best outdoor patio and amazing staff and service
Great place to visit for outdoor dining in this pandemic time. Patio is heated but still a bit uncomfortable due to windy day. Service was really great. Very friendly and courteous staff. Entree was well prepared to my liking and tasty. Fried calamari, not so good.
Attended Earls on Friday Oct 25 during Phase 2 outdoor dining only. It started nice but 5 minutes after we got our drinks it started to pour rain and the wind blew it all over us and everyone closer to the edges of the dining area. Apparently they were supossed to put tarps up for the rain that was called for but that didn't happen. We had to go back out to grab our drinks while they waited to figure something out for us. They said if there wad no more tables we had to leave because we couldn't dine in. Eventually they put a small table in the middle of the walk way with dividers so we could get our food we had ordered and eat. In my opinion the side should of went up because the wind and rain made it a not so pleasant expierence. The staff there accommodated us as best as they could but when plan an evening out you expect the restaurant to be prepared. I wouldn't dine here during phase 2. When you can enjoy the indoors it is better
All was really good. Service was just a little slow and the lates we ordered were cool. But still enjoyed ourselves !

Earl's has done a great job in isolating their tables with plexiglass barriers although I found it "crowded" for COVID times during lunch.
Great menu for variety, there is something to select for anyone. They have the Artizan bread now, but I would have liked it better if they put the oil and vinegar on the side to dip. We eat out often and I only eat chicken, Earl’s by far has the best grilled chicken out there. I paired mine with the best Caesar Salad and some tasty new cocktails. I was with a table of 7 people, 3 people had the Cajun chicken sandwich, 2 people had steak, 1 had the stuffed ravioli and then my chicken Caesar salad. We all enjoyed our meals but the best part of the food was the spinach and artichoke dip, that stuff is to die for! I must say that I have had very poor service before but My last experience was amazing. Waiter was very knowledgeable, that’s probably why we tried so many different cocktails.

Our service was outstanding but the food was not very good as I asked for my chicken to be cooked with less spice but the kitchen did not pay attention. I suppose it was not cooked to my individual specs. But, the server said he had asked for it to be made to my spec. All in all a pleasant experience but not good for the money.
