Changed from what I remember from pre-pandemic. Server was very nice and attentive, but was surprised and disappointed that they ran out of sushi at 6:30. Sushi is among their main menu choices and what I had been looking forw
Service was slow but our server was kind. However, the manager was not. Instead of providing a solution to our concern, she was defensive and authoritative. Even if she could not do much to resolve the matter, having general compassion and warmth would have been good enough. I was really disappointed with my overall experience yesterday.
The ambiance was great and the food was wonderful. Service was above par. I loved the place and will be coming back.
My family and I celebrated my birthday at Earl’s yesterday evening. The experience was exceptional! Special thanks to Josh who went above and beyond to ensure we were accommodated!!! We’ll definitely return soon! Thank you.
Had a reservation and checked in 15 min before. Wasn’t seated for another 30 minutes and the place was basically empty. Then the staff couldn’t figure out where to seat us and moved us from table to table. Might have just been an off day for the staff, but that was pretty poor.
Server was great and so were the drinks. Food was mediocre for the price.
Probably won’t go back.
Decided to try Earl's Kitchen for our anniversary dinner celebrating with our family from out of town. The service was ok, not really enthusiastic or friendly. The food was ok, not great but ok. The drinks were not worth the price. Certainly didn't add up the pictures on the menu. Ordered a martini, but the bar was out of something to make it. Ordered another drink instead and didn't realize until we left that we got charged for both. Called back and the manager said she'd look into it and call me back, but didn't hear. Didn't sound amused on the call. For less money there are dozens of places we'd rather go with better food and service.
The food was very good. I had the crab cakes. I just wish they had lump crab in it instead of fillers and shredded crab.it was good but could have been better ! Everything else was perfect. The service was excellent!
We opted to sit outside - they added a nice patio space behind the restaurant. Our server was very nice, helpful and attentive. The burger we ordered was awesome as was the watermelon mimosa, lobster &shrimp Benedict and sushi.
Because it was windy one of the umbrellas came off it’s base and hit my son on the head and landed on another customer. Staff ran out and I mentioned to them that my son was hit. Nothing was done to acknowledge the incident- the other customer was able to connect with a manager. We won’t be back.
The experience was good, but the music was louder than I like. I didn’t like the fact that happy hour ended at 5 PM, plus there is a 2 hour time limit on reservations. It seems like we had to talk loud to hear each other.
Our waiter was fun and knwoledgable about the menu. We love coming to Earl's - we'll be back soon! Definitely try the swordfish tacos. They are amazing. The ahi tuna poke bowl was also really yummy!
This was my first time experiencing Earls Kitchen. Josh was an amazing server. He was attentive, charismatic, and communicative. Josh is an example of what top notch service should be. The food was delicious and I can’t wait to travel 45 minutes again. Thank you.
Our waiter was awesome super helpful and clean. Awesome way to celebrate a 21st birthday
Food and service were superb. It got kind of pricey, with addition of parking costs, but otherwise great experience.
2 hour table limit. Came for drinks first, then dinner. after an hour was told policy. No time to order, went to Eddie V s
We seated outdoor dining area, it was comfortable
Loved everything but the silverware, specifically the water cups and glasses were not clean. Our server brought us out a new set and it still wasn’t clean. There were stains easily visible inside the glasses and jars
Our server was nice and kind. I will come back to the restaurant again soon!
Server seemed frazzled and took forever to get us our check. Manager seems disingenuous - pretends to care but not really. Apologetic but with no actions to ensure quality customer service when staff moved furnitures and nearly hit our table...ensure beer would come with lime as per standards and coke would come with lemon but neither was delivered as requested and promised
Great food and service. Love Earl’s! We had a wonderful time.
We went here for a happy hour celebration on a Tuesday. The food was great we ordered multiple rounds of drinks and were told we had reached our two hour limit directly after we ordered a third bottle of wine. While I understand that reservations are for 2 hours there were empty table outdoors and we asked if we could be moved and were told no. Also we were rushed to finish the bottle we had just ordered. The manager approached us to ask us how much longer we needed to finish our drinks. We spent over $250 in those 2 hours and were willing to keep spending.
The waitress then recommended we go across the court to Barrell and Bushel. We did and we stayed for an additional 3 hours without anyone asking us to leave.
Excellent. See for yourself
There was a piece of glass in my food
We went for my daughters 24 birthday and they were just great! A lovely card wishing her happy birthday and then a chocolate birthday cake. Service and food were great!
As is usually the case, most of our meal was outstanding. But, unfortunately, one filet was so over-salted as to be unpleasant.
Awesome place! Our server was very patient with us!
Trang was a great host and the foods and drinks were really good
My husband and I don’t get a lot of date nights because we have two small children...we went to Earls because we have had a few friends rave about how great it is, so we decided to give it a try. I’ll just say it was good. We had a late reservation on a weeknight...and it felt like it...felt kind of brushed off and rushed service wise, but again it was late and a weeknight. Maybe we will try again one day.
Everything was great and love the large menu. Great drinks also.
Nice place for brunch and drinks.
Partner and I came to Earl’s for the Brunch Happy Hour It was our first time dining during COVID and had a wonderful time. Food was great, service was impeccable, and the Watermelon margarita’s were *chefs kiss*. Ample distance between tables for anyone who’s still hesitant to eat out - plenty of space for a relaxed dining experience. Looking forward to coming back.
Stopped in for a quick drink and apps - Bridget gave us great recommendations and the drinks were phenomenal.
Creative menu for quality foodies. Not busy at lunch time. Expect it's a good bar scene, even with limits in place. Reasonable value for lunch. Try it.
The food is always awesome. The Watermelon Slush was an absolute hit and so refreshing for summer
Great food! A little pricey, but worth the visit! The shrimp and lobster pasta and friend wings was great and I will return for it again.
The food was delicious our server was very friendly and nice but I didn’t like at the beginning when they said it’s 2 hours window we have to eat 😳
Outside seating was wonderful with Covid restrictions. The server was attentive and went out of his way to accommodate our requests. The food was good
Excellent service & good food. Caution patrons not sit outside on a windy day as it makes for a challenging dining experience.
We went for my mom’s birthday and she enjoyed the restaurant and service very much!
