The food was not great. The only thing deserving of any positive reviews is the service/servers.
I went to Earl's with an old friend whom I only see once or twice a year. We particularly liked the peaceful ambiance and the pace so we could talk. Beyond that though, my Hunan chicken kung pao was quite excellent--tasty, tender, made from good ingredients.
We waited 45 minutes for our appetizer and the only reason we were given was that it ended up at another table. Then our meals took another 30 minutes to arrive. Food was awesome. Wait and managing expectations was challenging...
This place was quite loud and impersonal. Service was very slow and we had to reach out to staff several times to get attention. Food was mediocre and served cold so we will not be going back. Felt like the service you would get at a pseudo fast food place. We won't be going back.
Very noisy. Forget about any romantic or business dinner. Food was OK and service could improve (but they were busy, so hard to tell).
The $9 entree deal between 11-noon was a great suprise. Tons of great options paired with fantastic service. I'll definitely add this to my brunch rotation.
Meet up with an old coworker.
Another great dining experience at Earl’s for my cousin’s birthday dinner!!! Can’t wait to go back during happy hour.
The service was great and the food was good. The atmosphere is great and I would come here again and also recommend this restaurant to friends.
Always a great place to dine. The food and service was great. It was a nice place to spend a Sunday afthernoon.
The atmosphere is pretty nice. The service was excellent. We will definitely return.
Our server was nice but not very attentive. He spent a lot of time talking with other tables unrelated to server/patron conversation/ Drinks took a long time and the food was good, but not great, especially for the price.
Saturday was my first dining experience with Earls Kitchen + Bar, and I loved it. I had the Impossible Burger that I had been hearing so much about - I am a pescetarian. It did not disappoint - very delicious and satisfying. Overall experience was wonderful and I can't wait to go back.
Great drinks and food is good too. Very lively atmosphere after work hours.
We were in for happy hour and sat around 5:45pm. The server came by with waters, and said she would be back when our third joined us. Our last guest sat down with us shortly after the server left the table. When the server finally returned, she told us happy hour was over. Even though it would have been nice if she would have told us when she originally greeted us that happy hour was ending soon, this was fine with us. We know we came in a bit late and it was very busy that night. We ordered a bottle of wine, sushi and apps. Upon leaving we saw a sign that it was $6 glasses of wine on Wednesdays. Not sure if this was all night or just during happy hour.
Brunch happy hour should be a thing everywhere!! Great food and great service.
The atmosphere was amazing and the service was great. Ordered bread and sushi for appetizers. Sushi platter was great and an amazing value!
The steak I got for dinner was cooked perfectly however it was listed as a 6oz potion, but was closer to a 4oz portion. Overpriced at that point as I’m lying 36 for what costs 6.
Drinks were food and only had to ask for a refill once as the waitress took care of that every other time.
Great food, prompt service and lovely ambiance. Will become a regular.
We receive a gift card in Christmas for this restaurant. We were surprise by the BIG menu and food was all over from sushi burguers steaks. It was a surprisingly nice place.. good food and our waiter Idle (male maroccan nationality) was excellent. We'll be back
Very disappointed, I had been wanting to try Earl's for quite some time so my family and I went tonight. Service was okay, not great but not terrible. We got appetizers to share but had to ask/wait for plates. My meal came out cold so I sent it back to be fixed. As I waiting a manager came by for a random "how is everything going tonight, 100%?", so I mentioned that I had to send my food back. He literally did not seem to know how to handle a negative comment, he was speechless. By the time my food came back out everyone else was completely done with their meal. We got a dessert which was ok. The ladies restroom needed to be cleaned.
To top all this off when they brought us our bill, they had changed me for my meal twice!! I won't be going back
Third visit, but first time for lunch and like my other visits both the food and service were good. We were promptly seated and our waiter Colin was knowledgeable about the menu and very friendly.
Clam chowder was excellent, and our waiter saved us from getting wings hotter than we would have liked.
Connor was great! He immediately sprung to action when he saw my son in distress seeing cream on his waffles and got him a new plate with just syrup just as he wanted. He was courteous and smiling to all kids questions and vegetarian options for them.
Great addition to Tyson’s! Food was tasty, fresh, and reasonably priced for the area. I would definitely consider going back again!
The server we had was less than mediocre; no introduction what so ever. I had to ask her her name. The food was ok. Nothing to rave about. I think they need to take it up a notch to remain in the Tyson’s area. But it was pretty crowded so there are many that would probably disagree.
Fantastic ambience, food, and service!
Valentines Day celebration...parking accessibility is the absolute worst. I am disabled and still had to walk almost a quarter mile. Had to park in the shopping mall garages and walk.
Other than that, the menu had variety; the food was properly prepared and spiced...pleasant meal. Server was frequently distracted and “disappeared” at different points in the meal where we needed to get his attention.
Will likely give them a second chance due to the food.
Great place beautiful scereny perfect place to come for dinner, very spacious
The restaurant is a lively, fun place to be. Our service was fantastic. We were seated immediately with our reservation (on a busy night the day after Valentine's Day) and our waiter was attentive and very personable. The food was tasty; vegan burger was one of the best I've ever had. New favorite restaurant!
Made a reservation but still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. Not sure they understand the meaning of reservation.
It was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to take my wife!
Connor was excellent. Great mix of attentiveness and space.
For the price the food we received was subpar. The server was nice, but not exceptional. When splitting our check he assumed we wanted it split in half when we weren’t sharing.
It was ok. Vibe was really nice. Maybe more of a drinking spot.
Well to start, I love a place where happy hour is everywhere in the restaurant. And even better that they have happy hour everyday of the week. This is my second time here which really speaks for something because I rarley go to a restaurant more than once. They always have a drink of the month that is only $5. January was Moscow Mule and February was sparkling rose. I had the steak+sushi. The dragon sushi is DELICIOUS! The steak left much to the imagination. It was a little dry even though it was medium rare. Their burgers are HUGE and AMAZING! I'll definitely be back!
Phenomenal staff and food. Cannot rate highly enough.
Just felt like eating out. Service is always terrible if they can improve on that, the rest will all fall into place. Train the servers to be more professional.
We love Earl’s! Always great food and usually good service.
The restaurant called to confirm reservation, after arrival we were seated right away. The server introduced himself asked if we wanted drinks and any starters. We were pleased to find several plant based options on the menu. Both entrees arrived piping hot, tofu cooked to perfection!! Always get truffle fries, they are amazing.
Will be coming back again - Earl’s please keep adding Plant Based options!!
We had a great time at Earls and loved our server Cannon. She made great recommendations and was just a great person overall.
I would only recommend to a young friend (under 30) for the bar scene as it was not conducive for a business meeting that we were having.
Also the kitchen needs to cut back on the pepper seasoning as it was on everything we ate and too strong.
